So I angrily left shoprite yesternight after the place was hijacked by petty traders who were rushing cartons of indomie, power oil and other groceries they plan to resell at a higher price after buying at black Friday price. I couldn't buy shiii and was wondering what I will eat this morning and somehow I woke up to this; Moin-moin!

Nko is used in pidgin to include things in a sentence, it is mostly used in place of the phrase "What of" its origin is from Yoruba language.

In pidgin it will be used as

As for 'ni' it is also derived from Yoruba language but when used in pidgin the meaning changes to show sarcasm or depict a ridiculous assumption "Me ko you ni"

I kind of thought it meant....."wether it's like that or not".....
