Would you please just shut up you ignorant buffoon.

Tank armour without add-on protection easily defeats RPG-7s. They are essentially the only widely used barrel fielded vehicles that can defeat RPGs.

Those Tanks were clearly set on fire deliberately.

You have no source, just shut your trap.
Haba! Oga calm down na,it's a brand new day and there's no need for this.

slowpoke go online and see videos of RPG destroying add-on /composite armor of MBT.

Your brain has enormous issue than the Glioblastoma, it as made compression a difficult task for you. I replied the guy that those tanks where set ablaze but the RPG is still a deadly weapon that can still penetrate the T72 with or without add on armor and am still maintaining my stand.

I repeat rpg7, cant kill a T72........but there are other RPG variants like rpg 29 that will destroy a T72....am surprise BHT didnt drive away the armoured vehicles, i guess they set them on fire, else if the vehicles were destroyed during active combat, it means Bht has gotten better anti tank weapons

Hahaha, redouble efforts, these guys, so funny.
Give them the darn tools they need, not just blow hot air, silly press releases.
We are armed, so not contradicting myself, but the level of armament is pretty much equal to that of BH, Naija troops need an edge, not a level playing field .

I see boko haram now have ISR aircraft, fighter jets, AHs, better logistic vehicles, MRLS, combat drones, tanks, etc.

This to me is simply lack of training for many Nigerian troop. The troops should better complain about better training instead of weapons.

A well trained soldier don't need to be on a level playing ground to defeat terrorist because they should have been trained to achieve a lot with very little while terrorist need a lot to achieve little.

If you read my previous comments, you will see that I've made the same point you are making now.
Regardless whether soldiers are well trained or not, the Military need more assets, that's a fact, imagine having more air assets that could have been deployed anywhere in the AOR within 15mins? How many lives would that have saved.
Doesn't matter what BH have, better to overwhelm your enemy than not.
All those tanks and jets you listed, you talking as if we have them in enough numbers, we don't, so at the end of the day, there is still massive shortage.

.....Meanwhile, indications have also emerged that most of the Boko Haram commanders and their foot soldiers who attacked the military base were none-Nigerians. Another intelligence officer told PRNigeria in confidence that the attackers were speaking Arabic, French and some foreign languages. The officer said: “Some of our soldiers who escaped after the rescue operation told us that the attackers dressed in military camouflage similar to the one wore by member countries of Multi-National Joint Task Force (MNJTF). We learned that the attackers were not Nigerians as they spoke in Arabic, French and other strange languages when they first appeared like friendly force before they started to shoot at Nigerian troops. “There is heighten suspicion that the deadliest attacks could not have taken place without collaborators probably within the military camp or the host community who could have been communicating with the terrorists before and after they stormed the locations. “The military may likely engage in a tactical maneuver for forceful reinforcements of ground troops and air components in the affected areas in view of new developments

The voice of Jacob, and hand of Esau. The ambush was deadly, and very unusual. By now, every commander on the frontline knows that BHT can wear army uniforms. What I believe happened was that the unit was contacted by what they thought was MNJTF and fell right into the ambush set.

Reminds me of how Bin Laden was being fed with intel from the Pakistani Intelligence for years. It also makes sense that as we push BHTs back from the Lake Chad region, the Chadians either allow them in, or help push back against Nigeria.

The source is a government source. I believe our airforce invaded Chadian airspace, and I hope they continue to do that when pursuing BHTs. Chad had to chose a side now. We cant continue to sacrifice men for these French proxies.
