Dear poster, my advice for you is to return home in peace. Do you have a skill? You can even start sending applications for jobs back home. Teaching jobs are abundant here although the salary may not be what you will like but you'll have enough time for your kids, you won't be hiding like a thief or prisoner, you'll have support from family and friends which your kids need. For example where i live, a small community of less than 2000 there are more than 15 creches and schools, as in many options to keep your kids while you work. You can still sell stuffs online dear. Don't believe anyone that tells you will not survive or become suicidal. I know for you to even get the visa in the first place, you were not suffering, go back to your life. From there, you can sponsor your kids abroad when you deem fit.
Which kind advice be this. To come and be looking for all these mushroom school jobs that owe their teachers month after month. School pupils parents are not helping the matter, owing their children school fees too. I have someone running a private school. The school closed at last since parents were not paying.

Dear OP, if village people are advising you to come back while you don’t have all the money it takes to be self sufficient in Nigeria, please don’t listen. Or else you are going from frying pan to fire.

biZ4al I'm not the reason for your frustion. I don't recall directing my advice to you. You are an illegal immigrant thus I don't expect you to see things any other way than you have shown thus far. It must have cost you a lot to give it all up on a visit visa, I understand this but don't transfer your aggression on anyone except Trump

Direct shot. I think you should take it easy. I also criticized your post earlier "wrongly". Before I continue, I apologize for that.

May I ask the reason for why you gave such sort of advice considering the fact that Nigeria isn't in a good state for its citizens right now, of course except you're in the upper middle or high class.

Single mother # Children # No support base # Short work hours possibly part time menial work # Immigration road blocks ahead # Arrangee marriage for female with kids is not easy # All these make things harder. Middle class families or higher are those who favorably secure tourist visa to US, she's among the class for sure if not how did she get there?

The fact is some pips based here are better than you so I'll look pass the intended insult but for an average American how many countries do they travel to annually plus is the flight ticket & hotel accommodation free?

1. I don't care about money. Everything in life isn't about money.

2. You need to leave the village a bit more. Several countries per year. International travel is cheap nowadays including accomodations.

3. Business wise, that blue passport gives me an advantage as well.

Lol, many Americans don't even have passports, they only get it when they need to travel. It's people like you, that carry their passport as life support grin How many places will you travel in your life time? spending dollars everywhere instead of investing for your children's future, is this wisdom? apart from visa free movements does having blue passport give you cheaper ticket or discount in the countries you visit? will you no longer work to eat because of the passport, will you not pay bills again? OK sir, give us some benefits of having that blue passport apart from what I mentioned.

More visa free travel

And consular protection while abroad

That's the two things that the passport can give you

And maybe you won't be scared of immigration officers anymore

the passport does not make you richer, nor makes you better per se.

But I really wish the $hithole passport could give me those two points I raised above.

I like to travel to exotic places and all, but when I think of visa application and all, I just respect myself undecided

we need to do something about the $hithole passport tho

If I were in the woman's shoes, I will not bring my kids back to Nigeria, l have seen so many people who came back to Nigeria after living in the western world and they find it difficult to sort out themselves in Nigeria.

I shared a story here few months ago about my cousin from my mother's side, he left Denmark after securing his citizenship and after living in Denmark for several years and he told me that he was home sick bla, bla bla, he called me in the West as well about his move, l warned him not to rush back to Nigeria, that he can visit, access the situation and gradually relocate if he wants to, he said to me and I quote, why is it that anything Nigeria doesn’t appeal to me again and I always kick against people going back to settle in Nigeria. ,

I told him I left Nigeria years ago and I do visit from time to time and I have not seen any changes but rather the country is getting worse, I told him of most of my classmates from the University who went back to Nigeria after their studies in the West and most of them are suffering and regretting there decisions today, I see them in Nigeria, they chat with me all the time and I see there lamentations.

He stopped contacting and he moved back to settle in Lagos, to cut a long story short, After about 9 months in Nigeria, he called me and was lamenting over the phone, all the cash he took to Nigeria gone, he couldn't get a job, the series of businesses he established all grounded, robbers attacked him in his house and he was lucky enough to have jumped over his fence and escaped,he finally sold his house around Maryland and he vowed to me over the phone that he is not coming back to Nigeria again and that he prefers to die and be buried in Denmark, as I post, he is back to Denmark shocked.

@Op, you must have sieve through all the advices on here, l don talk my own, you are free to disagree with my suggestions, I wish you good luck, over and out...

lt was not a funny experience according to him, l also had a similar experience at Ajao Estate about a decade ago, I was about leaving the house to head out and they entered the main gate and they asked all of us to lie down on the floor, they were all armed with AK 47, they robbed some people and drove off immediately, that was my first unforgettable experience with robbers, so I can understand what my cousin went through grin

Not only that, majority of the politicians you see in Nigeria have second passport, people like Saraki, former Senate president David Mark and several others both in the last civilian administration and the current one all have second foreign passport plus properties in the West, if alarm blow, they pass through Niger Republic, Chad or Cotonou and vammoose to the western world tongue

Thank you Sir. I’ve been gradually lengthening my stays. Even though I was in Ibadan Sept/Oct 2018, as soon as I returned to the US I had to come right back in November for another two months.

I’m in negotiations for my borehole with an Indian family near New Garage. I watched a polo match this afternoon with some Italians and saw a family of Chinese at Chicken Republic. This is the same Nigeria that some are saying people are committing suicide.

I’ll send you a private message. Let’s meet for lunch, my treat, and discuss opportunities.

LOL at the bolded statement, Baba Ibadan grin ! I have really strong roots in Ibadan, lived there for many years, but am not attached that much to the city. Was there for 3 weeks in July with my family but they left me there for Lagos after the first week and bolted from Nigeria after the second. Its a growing city, much bigger now than when I lived there many moons ago. For example, I have no idea where the area you mentioned you live is located. Must be a new development. Bring us back some bottled peanuts smiley... Its a huge hit amongst my American friends!

The same justwise that travelled to the United Kingdom about 10 years ago on a Student Visa...

During his interview he was able to convince the Visa Officer that he would leave the United Kingdom at the end of his studies.

That same justwise completed his studies in the United Kingdom but refused to return to Nigeria until he regularized his Stay in the United Kingdom.

That same justwise is advising the op to return to Nigeria without regularizing his stay in the United States.

The Big question is why didn’t justwise return to Nigeria immediately after his studies in the United Kingdom?

If you have done that, I would have personally taking you seriously but you choose the easy way out and got your papers but you now expect the op to come back to Nigeria without his Papers.

You’re not serious justwise...
.

See Lucas oooooo grin same Lucas that was denied renewal of visa, depressed, suicidal and highly highly fraudulent!!!

This dude is a naturally dubious person Am surprised he is still . . .
