It depends on what your specs are and what you want and how compatible the lady is with you.I can't generalize and tell you this is the unique thing all ladies bring to a relationship not every lady has entitlement mentality.
As for that unique thing it c depends on what you call unique it could be love,trust.support in every sense of it,honest advice ,time,companionship etc I see relationship beyond material things so I won't mention money as a unique thing from both parties.
