Please folks help me analyze this refusal note, I own the company but don’t pay myself, I stated I will be paying for the trip myself because I thought the company is still me. I submitted company account with 6 months turn over of 36M, balance 1.3M personal dorm account 3 months with turn over of $44,830 balance $220. And a savings account I use to pay bills with a 3 months turn over of 1.1M, balance 11k. My aim was to fund the trip from my company account, travel date is 27th December.
Travel history, Russia, SA 3 times, UAE, Kenya, Ghana. Even though I submitted reference letter stating I am a sole signatory to the company account. I was still refused.
I am filling a new form stating company will be funding the trip and I will transfer the sum to my savings account with payment reference stating “for UK trip”. I aim to use priority service so I can get a decision earlier. Please advice. Travel date is 27 December.
I don’t pay myself salary nor keep savings because I believe this is beneficial to banks, instead I reinvest my profit and tranfer out of my account for personal use whenever I want to.
I am married with kids and I also submitted 4 landed docs with combined purchase amount of 32M. Please should I just move about 1.2M to my saving and write a letter on my company letter head stating the money is for my trip to UK.

Simple, your salary is not reflecting in your bank account, tackle this first and your visa is sure.

My advice is don't rush!!! Even if it's going to take you 6months, work on your account to avoid another refusal (God forbid).

Lastly don't, I mean never patronize those im migration lawyers ooo, cos na waste of time and money..✌️✌️

Thank you, my boss always transfer my salary to my saving acct from company acct but no statements that the money meant for salary. And i can't question him. For instance, in my application i declared 182k which was paid in July, Aug was 260k, Sept 270k Oct 262k.. how can i justify this? Advice me please..

So...

A colleague of mine just got a 5 year uk visa- it was his very first visa to the UK!

There was an important meeting to attend in the UK and he was the only one without a UK visa! So, since the office was paying, he applied for 5 years (a big risk) and as it was urgent, paid super priority (24hours).

He got his 5 years visa in 24 hours!

Note (again) that this was his very first UK visa...

I got my UK Visa with my 2 children today.
@ekpotek, @justwise Thank you.

Here is my story so it can help others.

I had earn 240k. I had 300k in my salary and 500k in my savings and I wanted to apply for myself alone but ekpotek advised that I should work on my salary by waiting for other month to save more or I should find a relative to accomodate me in uk. I wanted to do this in january this year. but after having waited i was able to save 1.1 in my salary in nov and 500k in my savings . i do some rental business with my savings. i had a dom acct that someone uses to buy things online so i had $900 in the acct and with faith i applied with my 2 children because my sister said she was travelling as well so she would pay for the hotel and we were given.

it took me 10months to work on my statement because i did not want to have a very low balance so it won't look shady. i printed with an opening balance of 450k and ended with 1.1M. I made copy of the exercise book i write my rental sales as well.

I also addressed my refusal letter which states that i did not include my statement of account 5 years ago and i told them it was an oversight that i have included it now.

we applied on the 5th November and got our visa today 28th November.

I was discouraged thinking the money was too small but I've seen refusal with big money before that they ask about the source of their fund and inconsistencies.
so please let us be wise with the income we are presenting. For some people i would advise u use 6 months or more to build a good statement of account that is consistent.

Thank you and don't mind my typo.

Are you the owner of the company??
Are you an employee? If you are an employee I think your salary should be paid into your account from the company's account and not from your own personal account... They want to see the transfer of your salary from the company's own.. work on these and you are on your way to the UK, also make sure you submit a detailed cover letter and explain how your salary is being paid and every other things you need to convince the Eco....

That's all it takes to get UK visa. Patience. Take time to build your ties. Submit a clean account statement showing clearly your source of income as stated, explain all significant credits and debits, and keep budget as low as reasonable. All they want is that you have ties back home, you earned your funds legally and you will not run out of funds while in the UK.

Please must we explain why we make withdrawals from our account? I think they are only concerned with credits made into our account. Though I have not applied but there was a day I withdrew 600k from my account at once out of about 1m in the account. Did I have to explain why I withdrew such amount?

Congratulations Madam!

1.) Kindly confirm if you submitted tax card or receipts,

2.) Did you receive a "Not Straightforward mail"?

3.) Is Ikeja centre opened now? Please confirm if the collection was from there.

Congratulations again.

Hello gurus in the house, i need your help.

I was refused a visa 2 months ago despite travel history to the UK as the officer stated he was not convinced the funds in my accounts were mine to spend ( i submitted 2 savings accs).

I was advised by an agent to run my company account and to pay myself salary each month, while also creating payslips. How accurate is this? Thanks for your time.

Got my package by courier today. Application was denied.

My fiancé invited me for 11 days as her father insisted that I visit before we get married and relocate that he doesn't believe in gambling.

I studied this thread for almost 1month before I apply.

I have 2 jobs, I submitted payslips from both jobs. I work in a church and I also work as a project manager for a company which I started in September. I also freelance as a sound engineer which is work I'm doing for the church . I do installation of sound equipment, setup for rallies, crusade, parties and occasions and I also purchase equipment for churches and sound group from Alaba. I make enough money from this.

I submitted my statement from February to show a pattern in my account because sometimes my balance is low as I have to supply goods before getting paid. All these I explained in my cover letter defending my statement from zenith and STANBIC. Attached about 40 evidences in receipt, invoices issued and received, statement from my sister showing the money I transfered to her and her husband to help raise 2000 catfish in their fish farm. Chats from me and customers.

Don't know what to do. How soon can I reapply and what do I need to do. The ECO obviously made a mistake as I applied for priority so I can travel in December. I didn't have a cash deposit of the said amount to my account on the said date, and also my statement didn't end on may, it ended in November. Just confused.

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by OgeChukwuO: 8:02pm On Nov 29, 2018
I think you complicated the matter by submitting personal statements and savings. Since you said company was responsible u should have sent in only company’s. Also get your accountant at to write a letter of introduction, a letter explaining how much allowance u earn and also explaining that the company is responsible for your yearly family vacation, yearly business trip and training. Show evidence of business. Receipts invoices loads of pictures. It worked for me that way even though I was also to travel with my kid. I have personal savings but I didn’t want to start explaining long deposits so every financial was company related. That’s my two cent I may not be right
