Thanks for your kind response. Will it affect my chances during the interview?

I also realized that the course on my i20 is different from what I've in my offer letter. Is this an issue?

GRE is not a few weeks preparation exam. Joining those groups at a time very close to your exam MAY be counter productive. This is just an advice, it's entirely up to you to decide.
I have been preparing for months now, tho not consistent, started intensive preparation two weeks ago, my exam is on the 4th of January. Thank you

A few weeks left may be counter productive like someone mentioned earlier, but never to late. You may gain something.
Already there, just that it feels as if I'm not doing enough, honestly I have never prepared for any exams like this in my life, thanks anyway.

It won't correlate with the date of birth on your DS-160, I'm not sure about it raising an alarm or not but you know they have access to both information and can compare, why don't you give correcting it a trial by sending a mail to fmjfee.SEVIS@ice.DHS.gov to see what/if it can be done.

What are the likely emergency dates, one could get? I don't know why I'm skeptical about it. Phobia has seeped into my mind already but its not a do or die affair, Germany doesn't teach my prospective program in English, I was already learning the language for simple communication.
