Please house, I need your opinion on this, if a school issued me a language training/program i20 because I didn't meet the criteria for their English language requirements, can this affect my chances of getting my visa during my interview. Please I need your opinion..

SORRY BUT I HAVE TO TELL YOU THE HARD TRUTH.... From the bold statements, its clear an agent or someone else helped fill your DS160 True or false? Reading your transcript, its crystal clear you weren't the one that filled it yourself. That is evident from the way the interviewer was doling out questions on you cos he or she was seeing contrary things on your DS160.

Moreso, your transcript shows you weren't even near prepared for an interview from the type of answers you were giving. E remain make you and consular even begin trade or exchange words sef. grin grin grin

My advise is, bros calm down, study the transcripts of both approved and delayed persons here. Work on you answers before considering to refire. No go just dey dash embassy money from your dad's freight business o grin grin grin

Best of luck brotherly.

Good day everyone .

I was denied due to insufficient funds therefore I sent new bank statement (this time around my uncle is the sponsor but the school used the old bank statement on my i20.

How will it affects me during my visa interview?
Should I present the new bank statement or the old bank statement ?

I tink I actually prepared for d interview, it jst took a different side..... Lol. Av a look at my proposed transcript

V.O: Why r u goin to d US
Me: Goin for my masters degree program in biochemistry and biotechnology at d Eastern Illinois Uni, Charleston.

V. O: Y dis skool?
Me: D major reason I chose dis skool is bcuz d master of biotechnology program is structured in such a way dat I'm given both industrial and laboratory practical experience b4 d end of my program. In addition to dat, EIU is a world reputable uni and d master of biotechnology program has an alumni satisfaction rate of 98% widin d first 12months of graduation. Also, d program has a small class size and dat helps for a smooth student-student relationship as well as student-faculty relationship and I've always wanted dis in my school cuz dis 2 relationships go a long way to determine d academic and career success of any student.

V. O: Tell me abt dis program
Me: D master of biotechemistry and biotechnology program at EIU is an advanced interdisciplinary program. Itz a 29months program wich comprises a 34 semester hour curriculum and datz split in 19SH of core courses, 9SH of elective courses and 6SH of internship. During d program, I'll take a total of 9courses wich will be taken from 3diff departments, biological sciences dept, chemistry dept as well as d business dept. (Den list my courses)

V. O: wich of ur courses is more of interest nd why
Me: Medicinal chemistry is more of interest to me and datz bcuz medicinal chemistry is d chemistry of drugs. D course will also take me 2ru d basics of pharmacology. Pharmacology is d study of drugs and body interactions and datz a very vital course for anyone like myself who wants to go into d production of pharmaceuticals, I'll get to knw abt drugs, effects of drugs on d body and hw d body handles drugs wen administered.

V. O: wat will dis course do for u?
Me. D knowledge acquired from dis program will help me in d research nd development of new quality drugs nd drug products for d betterment of pples' health, especially pple in my country Nigeria nd d African continent who presently live in a poor state of health. Secondly, my greatest desire is to own a biotechnology company here in Nigeria, dis program is goin to equip me wit d fundamental business skills needed to succeed in d biotechnology market bcuz itz a program dat combines life science, technology and business, nd I'm sure dat wit dis degree from such a world renowned uni, my biotechnology company will be a reference in Africa.

V. o: plan afta graduation
Me: Afta my program, I plan to come bak to Nigeria to get a job in a biopharmaceutical company like Novartis or Pfizer. Itz my plan to work wit dem for a period of 5-7yrs den afta dat I move on to set up my own biotech company, also here in Naija.

V. o: Hw many unis did u apply
Me.: 3 den I list dem

V.O: similarities
Me: dey ar all world reputable uni, have a low numba of student to faculty ratio and av around 50% of deir classes wit less dan 20 students

V.O: hw were u able to narrow ur search
Me: afta searching d skools dat offer my program and of course, checking d affordability, I checked some tinz abt d skools in order to select d ones I'll apply to. Firstly, I checked d academic reputation of d skool, 2ndly,I checked d alumni feedback, 3rldy, I checked d curriculum of d program, also, I checked d class size and student to faculty ratio, lastly I checked d profile of d professors dat will take me during dis program.

V.O: Tell me some of ur profs
Me: Dr Tom Canam who is my academic advisor and will also take me bioenergy and bioresources during dis program, Dr Melody who will take me Oraganisational behaviour, Dr Edward who will take me Medicinal Chemistry....(I can list up to 6 wit deir courses)

V.O : sponsor and wat e does
Me: My dad, CEO of XXXX, a freight forwarding company here in Nigeria. My dad is also one of d executives of the Association Of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents( I av all his documents here wit me).

Ask yourself first: Why did I choose East Tennessee State University over other schools I applied to?
This will help you get personal response to that question. Once you come up with a response, we can then help you refine it.
Good luck!

I think you just need a letter from the bank to indicate that your uncle is the owner of the company and he controls the account.

You can use Adeola Memorial Secondary School. Adeola Memorial College High school sounds so odd, don't use that. Rather maintain your Memorial College if you don't want to change. Another V.O might understand it better
