How many temples was built during the during the time of Solomon? Solomon built ONE(1) temple for all of Israel, so this men of god that claim to be directed by the "holy spirit" why can't they build one temple like Solomon since you want to make that comparison.

Missionaries didnt have to announce their humanitarrian deeds because we see them everywhere donkey years later as they are too many. Even doing half of the things you enumerated will not need to be announced before people will notice, commend and emulate thereby improving the society with the avalanche effect.

Mission activities where in times past sponsored by various govts. Until the 1950s the US govt was sponsoring missionary activities. Many of the schools and hospitals built by missions where funded by govt. Which Nigerian govt is willing to support the church?

Which govt has said to Nigerian churches, build Covenant uni and let us supply you with lecturers so it can be free?

Which govt has said to churches build and equip the hospitals we would supply you with doctors?

The churches have to build from scratch, equip, employ and then you expect it to be free. How do you expect them to sustain recurrent expenditure.

Will members not volunteers to put in service to humanitarian efforts without pay? US sure sponsored missionaries but that was mainly to make what missionaries were already doing bigger not to kick start it as missionaries where using church contributions to forward their humanitarian effort anyway. Also apostles didnt wait for government before they shared church contributions to the poor and made that a culture so government is not a good excuse look for another or.......
If the preaching of the church cannot motivate people to volunteer to serve with little or no pay to reduce the cost of running the humanitarian structures then, dont you think the Church and its preaching is not effective?

Take a trip to these Churches and see that the people you call stupid or foolish are Happy , Radiant looking people, Comfortable people who are from different languages and cultures of the world.

They are not retched like you guys portray them. Fleets of Sleek Cars are parked at the Car Parks of these Churches at every service. Their selfless giving has no negative effect on them. Attend the services and see Joy unspeakable in the Church.

Jesus said in the Bible " The poor you will always have among you" He knows there will always be poor people in the church, The poor widow who Jesus commended was truly poor and yet she gave an offering.

1. Yes, God was really happy about the Temple.

2. During Solomon's era, it was said that riches abound in Israel, and gold was like the sand of the seashore. Israelites were extremely wealthy as at the time.

4. Because the Israelites were extremely wealthy at the time, they were blessed by God exceedingly, that being taxed for the temple building is just a minuscule thing.

6. It was just the one and only temple being built in Israel at the time, and it was just a place the Israelites could come to worship God, compared to Nigeria which has countless temples all around the corner, still yet the economy of the temple is dwindling.

7. No one is perfect, and there'll still continue to be imperfect people till this day.

9.Our body is where God's temple really is, if we can't build up our fellow humans, we have really failed, why do you think the greatest commandment ever is love your neighbour as yourself. Christianity is light and darkness will always wage war against it.

Compare every Worship Centers around the world to the standard of the Church. They are no where to be found. Compare the reasoning faculties of Christians and their ways of organisation to these mofos and their agents they are no where to be found.

If Church Money is used by the Likes of Oyedepo to build world standard Schools and Churches what do you think will happen if such ppl are given the chance to rule Nigeria with all the wealth we have.

Why do you think Nigeria is like the shit it is. Godly ppl are not in the helms of affairs. 90% of Nigerian politicians are not Christians. Among the few claiming to be Christians 5% are true children of God.
