If and when he becomes the VP he can decide not to use the plane but its outside his powers to sell them.
But he can put the plane to use so it generates money for the office of the VP.

You are foolish. Mention any road Peter Obi completed with functioning streetlight. Just one! The infrastructure, ring roads etc. most of the substandard China roads he did has collapsed. He didn’t even construct a single dual carriage road anywhere in Anambra as governor. Keep fooling yourself
