I don't think so. Lafarge debt is seriously falling. This is a quote from them, sometime in May this year:
According to Balogun, its total debt dropped to about $600m from more than $1bn after using funds, including the proceeds of a N131bn ($361.7m) rights offer, to curb liabilities.

The company’s Chief Financial Officer, Bruno Bayet, said in April that the company planned to raise an additional N100bn when necessary.

This rights issue, if successful will place the company in a very good position.

It is only in Nigeria that a good number of people see asking for handouts from weary investors and diluting existing ownership is a positive spark for a company. WAPCO is back to the 2005 period. Brace yourself

...my dear, if you are referring to my posts above, then let me categorically tell you that I AM NOT SOMEONE THAT DANCE TO 1 OR 2 DAYS MKT REACTION. If ever I sing, my songs usually have melody and the lyrics are with TA vocals and I tell you - they are dance-able too. I tell you the way professionals view the market (which may be wrong a times).

When I talked about Diamond Bank, luckily over the weekend 2 members on this forum asked about my opinions on the stock & 1 of them who is currently active can testify to my candid advise that I gave before market opened on Monday.

I am sorry if my opinion is contrary to your expectations and I cannot help about it. Best of luck.

I also remember it was u who gave an indication on fidelity. That was when the stock was at 1.52. The rest is now history.
But I rejoice cos I followed you indication and got enough before it got to where it is today.

I fear the bank pass you. Before u say jack Offer dan line up.

You are actually right. I dont know CP's choice of that bank over UBA.
UBA to me is better. - newbie's perspective. grin grin
Access dont rally as such even during bull compared to its counterparts.
Yesterday alone, all the banking stocks have huge bids lined up with little offers, it's only Access and FCMB that have large offers against tashere bids, and FCMB is on a class of its own, it wont take it any time to start its race northwards. Before closing self, FCMB bids outweighs the offers.

This candid answer should have been soaked in enough tantalizing ingredients to disguise its bitter taste a bit, though not compromising the dosage.

Someone told you he is the main conductor on a molue and you turned around as his mechanic to confess that you sold his boss the car when it was obvious that the vivid knocking sound it is making has no solution? grin

...as @fxuser stated it's bearish, however the good thing is that the stock is around 78.6% fib level but no weekly support to back it up
-there is a strong support though at 0.95
-there is a "minor" support around the current price @1.06. If this week can give a rejection candle the better

NIGERIA STOCK MARKET GENERAL COMMENT/MSCI NIGERIA PORTFOLIO MOVEMENT - AS AT 4 DECEMBER 2018

MSCI portfolio reshuffling still going on, I observed that the fund has temporarily stopped buying Diamond bank for now, let us observe how this will affect the price of Diamond in the next 2 weeks. At least as per the movement in the portfolio for Monday and Tuesday on the Fund's website 15million units of Diamond bank was bought.

Yesterday the index was positive, the index closed positively above our projected figure, telling us that the strength is fairly strong for the day.

For Wednesday 5 December 2018, expected High is 31,090.90 low at 30,858.04

Caution: This is for information purpose only. Data used are assumed to be correct. However, you may want to verify the data from an appropriate source. Also, Institutions can afford to suffer big losses without going burst compared with an individual, you cannot follow them blindly (you need to at least have some knowledge/your own plan).
N:B

1. Due to the fact so many new people are coming to this forum and may not know this use of following the “big monies that move markets”, I will be indicating why/how to use the information. This will be a permanent future of my post to reduce some comments which may prevent the people that understand the system from confusion by people who have not followed how this started. My comment for today for anybody who doubts the efficacy of following the fund is to look at my recent recommendations for the past 2 months.

2. The fund will still hold some equity, the terms of service states this. Thus no matter the condition of the market, it will not liquidate to Zero, unless the fund is exiting from the particular Country involved. This is an equity fund investing in the Nigeria market. The date displayed may not be the actual date of purchase/sale of equity (this is lega and allowable under the regulations guiding funds operations in general).

3. You cannot bear losses like the fund. The pocket of the fund is too deep. Therefore, as an individual you are not suppose to be in the market during the stock market crash. Before or during the crash, reduce your holding.

4. If you are seeing this type of data on MSCI for the first time. You may need to verify the figures. Go to my previous posts (https://www.nairaland.com/yok/posts), you will see the various sources where the data can be verified.
