I have not gotten any reliable agent yet. Why lose goods via AliExpress? I thought they ship goods directly to your door themselves? I don't use shipping agents with them. Always pay through trade assurance. With that, your money can be refunded if you don't receive your goods without a stipulated time. Any other payment outside that is dangerous cos too many scammers on AliExpress these days. Check for reviews and feedback about a store before making any purchase from them.

Talking to Wang is like looking forward to talk to Nigeria President. Ordinary Chinko for that matter. Patrick himself is not helping matter. If you count on their 7-12 days you are Oyo. I believe they no longer do airlift they use sea shipping yet collecting fee Air freight.
OMS MALL & GLOBAL SERVICES tried in term of communication but bad in owing up to failure responsibility. 10-12 days you may sure your goods are around. Patrick can only deliver goods but no time limit

Regarding talking to Wang, u can't b wrong about that. Just to make enquiry, u have to use weeks to do that. I learnt they have piled up messages but thank God I have been in a situation where I always have to reply a lot of message. They ought to envisage situations like this as it is inherently part of their services. Pay someone to manage this.

See, it is quite disheartening to see that out of the basic prequisites to importation, irreputable agents ranks top. They are all the same. When they are at the inception for business, they claim to be responsible but when they get to the acme of their business, they treat their customers with utmost disdain.

Finding an agent that can deliver as at when due is a hard hoe to row. If credible people can step into this business without joining this trend, things will be better. It's as if we are at the mercy of these guys. Sometimes I think " can't these people be sued for breach of contract?" Until vehement actions to curb the resurfacing of this disappointment are taken, what I fear may chance. It isn't a free service naa. I read a litany of vituperations and disappointment here and I feel bad. No remorse shown by these companies.

Until one start sueing them. It is understandable that some situations are out of their control, but how often they disappoint and how often this occurs determines a good company.

Won ti yo (They don make money tire) and they care less about their reputation- a quintessential characteristics of a Nigerian business man.

If you are a reputable agent, u just have to prove it.

You are going from frying pan to fire.
The last goods I collected from them was after 1 month of shipping.
I still sent another one through them thinking the previous one was a coincidence.
But I was wrong, the package used 3 good weeks with them before finally shipping it. And today makes it 1 month and few days the goods have been with them.
I made the same decision u are about to make early this year but I'm regretting it now.
From nonnyking to base1 to st. Patrick. Av used dem all and can say they are all the same.
From noncommunication to rude behaviour to inconsistent delivery.
