he opened his eyes slowly and looked around he saw Michelle sitted beside him playing with her phone how did he get here a drip was been passed into his body and he Wondered what could have happened then the whole incident came back to him as he remembered seeing kunle his so called friend with his ex only God knows when they had been together perhaps the two of them have collided together to dupe him he didn't know what was the truth he touched his head and felt a bandage on his head he must have hit his head on the floor when he fell he turned to the other side and Michelle who was busy with her noticed this and stooped what she was doing and looked at his direction

"Michael are you alright?"
he turned back and nodded

"yes am alright"

",what the hell happened to you?I was very worried when someone called me and said you had fainted I left what I was doing and rushed to the hospital "

"am sorry for making you worried"

am very sorry for the slow updates it's mainly due to the work I just got working under a law firm pending the time I resume to school so the work has been really demanding as it takes a lot of my time it's not an excuse though but I need to let you know the reason for the slow updates please bear with me and I promise I will surely find a way out of this maze and make it up to you

he was now feeling better after the initial shock he just received his friend kunle was having an affair with with his ex he couldn't believe only God knew how long that had been going on...he pushed the thought out of his mind and sat down on the bed after a while I Michelle came in on seeing him sitting upright she moved closer to him


"how are you feeling now?"

"better"she went and sat on the chair by his bedside he noticed he didn't remove her gaze from him

"what is it?"

"I can definitely see through you aren't you curious about what happened that led to my fainting"

"yes I was very scared when they called and told me you had fainted it felt like my heart was been ripped out"

how can I forget you all you are so wonderful and you give me the inspiration to write more it's just a pity that this my work is taking a lot of my time...

he got discharged after a few days though the bandage on his head was not there but he was given an appointment to make sure he comes to the hospital at least two times in a week he couldn't help but thank Michelle as she was the one that cleared his hospital bills they got home and he sat on the long chair he felt like just lying down on the chair but Michelle was sitted beside him he didn't feel like going inside

"Michelle can I put my head on your laps"
she was surprised but she was also Happy at the same time

"of course come here" he placed his head on her laps it was considerably soft it was like his head was on a pillow he felt better
her heart was beating very fast she felt like holding his hands which after a while she was able to she was surprised he didn't resist she took a glance at him and found out that he had closed his eyes but she was sure he was not asleep yet so she continued watching the TV...
