December is probably my favorite month in kpop, except for last year with all of that jonghyun business (note to self : do not go there) anyway first of all its awards season, then year end celebrations, all the gayos and what not with the collaborations that come with it, although this year I'm probably not going to pay it any mind cos cnblue isn't active, December also brings mama and even though I don't trust their awards anymore since they started catering to fandoms and popularity instead of actual content, I still like to watch some bits, but my favorite part of kpop in December are the cheesy Christmas ballads, I'm not really a christmassy person but I love Christmas songs, they remind me of good times, got7 started it this year for me with miracle, unfortunately I do not like the song, got7 hardly puts out ballads but all of their ballads have been a hit with me, I just can't with miracle, I'd rather watch the mv on mute. Maybe it'll still go grow on me, anyway I'm looking forward to more cheesy Christmas releases, ryeowook's Comeback is tomorrow, hopefully he has a Christmas ballad for me. So far my favorite Christmas releases have been exo's miracles in December, girls generation tts's Christmas album and jellyfish artists jelly Christmas single. Honorable mentions are exo's for life, got7's farewell and taeyeon's I'm all ears, I'm not sure they fit into the Christmas theme but they were released around winter so whatever

My favorite seasons in kpop (not always 100% accurate)

Winter - cheesy ballads/year end ceremonies and idol interactions

Spring - chill songs with a lot of acoustic guitar or piano that you just want to sip coffee to also cnblue likes releasing albums around this time
. P.s: I don't even like coffee

Fall - lots of cool fall fashion in the mvs especially from guys (I don't know why a girl will be wearing spaghetti and bum short in fall season but whatever it's kpop), I love fall fashion, the long coats, the boots OMG, I plan outfits from fall mvs so that when I finally swim bar beach to the abroad I'll know what to wear.

Summer - noise, cutesy girl group concept versus sexy girl group concept, outlandish hair colors. I think the only part of summer I don't like is that boy groups wear tighter trousers, I'm like y'all are supposed to be wearing shorts tho, it's hot as hell, can your down there even breathe.

Now if you ask me why I'm replying your post with all this history, the truth is, I don't know, I'm just in a talkative mood I guess, sorry.
