Your narrative is getting better and more realistic. However, you must improve your descriptive ability.

Starting from your characters, your readers can't even tell what they look like. You've never given any detailed description of any of them. I think big mama needs one.

Buying that duplex is your biggest achievement so far; yet, you couldn't even spare a paragraph to describe what the duplex looks like.

A writer's ability to give detailed description makes him stand out. I sincerely hope you improve on that.

Lastly, if you want to contract the words 'you are ', the correct way to write it is : 'you're'. As a writer, using "u'er' undermines your ability. Never make such 'cheap' mistake again.
