Naughtyvirgin:But I may not totally agree because when PMB went to Paris he told them that they can't vote until they return to Nigeria. So one can infer he may actually want people to stay for elections. However,PMB's desire for people to stay may be unconnected with VISA denials...we can take a 1percent truth in it... |

Though it's stated on the i20 that SEVIS calls it management science. Me: It's 'analytics and systems'. It's stated on the i20 that sevis calls it management science. Twhizzy2: Saying sevis calls it management science means you don't know the course you are going for. Business Analytics & Systems is under management science. You should have explained why you want to study management science with concentration in business analytics and systems. Well next time you see such difference in your i20, try to link it together and not put blames on sevis 3 Likes |

Hmmmm, somebody is toying with the system. I booked an appointment for 24th December over a week ago and I went arranging some other projects outside Lagos, never checked my appointment scheduling page since. Now, I just logged in and see that my appointment has been shifted to 9th January 2019. I didn't get any notification to that effect and I just came back to Lagos yesterday night to come and prepare myself for Monday morning. My program starts on 10th January. This US embassy are starting to act funny/undemocratic and need to be checked before it's too late. They show no regard for us and I don't blame them because we really don't respect ourselves as a people. 2 Likes |

Wooa, I am so sorry for that. But you know what? This is not the time to be down, you need to find an alternative as this is the only possible way for now. Do you have any other person close to you that may be of help? Gewezzy1: 1 Like |

YoungIncredible:u just said the truth....I was denied last week despite paying 60 percent of my tuition fees and my course was aeronautical/mechanical engineering in a school within top 50 public schools and I had good travel history...out of over 40 people that were interviewed, only one guy in from of me was granted visa, simply because he had great travel history to USA.its obvious USA and Canada doesn't want Nigerian students..i alerted the school and they asked me to reapply.i just told them I don't have any intention of going to USA after losing hope due to rate of denial.i asked them for a refund of my tuition fees.... I'm looking forward to furthering my masters in a European nation. I don't want to discourage others here, but I advice aspiring applicants to look elsewhere instead of wasting their hard earned cash on US education/visa application it was my first attempt tho 1 Like |
