Oga, I'm telling you the fact, Nnewichi where the teaching hospital is located has a lot of plazas owned by Non-indigenes in Nnewi. Many non-Indigenes own shops in Nkwo Nnewi spare parts market. The newly built GSM village after Nwanyi IMO have been bought up by non-nnewi indigenes. They advertized it more months. 3C- hub is a phone trading company that is not owned by a Nnewi man but they have bought land and built a phone hub after Nwagbala junction close to 100ft road. Nnewi couldn't have developed if it wasn't selling lands to non-indigenes. A popular case is Ogbuawa a well-kmown businessman who owns a mansion after teaching hospital.

When it comes elegant houses, a village in abia state known as Abiriba beats nnewi hands down! The village is even dubbed small london. It is beautified with landscape hills and valleys..not even the entire abia state comes close to the beauty. Finally when it comes to billonaires,Abiriba has its fair share of billionaires but I can't compare between Nnewi and Abiriba cos I dnt have the facts and figures
