Hello house, I was rejected last year, and I want to reapply this year while waiting for my gcm notes, however , I have been able to open a business this year that isn't up to 2months old. Please do I need to attach this information to my new application seeing as it doesn't relate to my proposed course of study or work experience and what documents can I really submit as proof?? Thanks ..

Plz help me with this. It is needed urgently.
I have filled and printed extra page 3 of stdy permit asking of working expetience but I couldn't validate it. Because if I want to validate it I have to fill the whole form again. So should I just print out the page like that without validating it? And should I attach it immediately after d page 3 that is validated or after the last page?

PLZ tnx for your urgent reply. I just don't want to mess up when I get there. Tnx

Yes, print without validating. Attach the other employment histories after the first validated one. When I applied in '17, the staff collecting the application helped me arrange my documents... I don't know if they still do this tho'.
Also, go with extra money, so that in the case of any mistake you won't be stranded. IF there's any mistake, don't print with those people outside Manor Hall, there are other places, speak to Keke drivers and the ones who know can direct you there.

God bless you with this info , I think it’s an eye opener for people . I pray the good lord favors you in everything you do out there .

Naijaforeigner:
A very important information for everyone on this thread.

When you get to immigration and you get your study permit, please i beg you to quickly scan through and check very well that your permit says you are eligible to work on and off campus. This is very important.

When i got my stuidy permit, it was written "only eligible to work on Campus". If I had known that such errors could happen, I would have checked very well before leaving the POE and maybe call the attention of the immigration officer to that error. This was an error from the immigration official and I now have to return my study permit for this to be ammended and may take months for me to get it back. The permit limits me to only on campus jobs (getting a job on campus is challenging but I stay hopeful). I have been in Canada for a month without a job.

Trust me, if you have ever lived abroad, you don't want to go months without working except your parents are very rich.

As i continue my journey in Canada, any other thing i find useful, i will post here.

Fill out the form, validate and print. Then fill out the extra page and print out. Attach the pages together. The page with the barcode should be the first page.

Use a plain paper and write out the continued employment details. You do not have to print extra page 3

can it be hand written or print out the same page and just fill the continued employment details?

Okay this is going to be a long post.

God is just great. Being a silent reader but i must say i really learnt a alot eventhough i submitted my application before dicovering this thread. Didnt have the best of timeline and anytime my mind think about not including SOP i just think about how i messed up but God still came through for me.

Online Submitted on the 6/10/2018
Biometrics on the 9/10/2018
Medical mail on the 4/12/2018
Gate crashed iom lagos on the 5/12/2018. Thank God they never picked my call for inquiries because they would have told me fully booked till February 2019. Hian!! Pleaded with the woman at the front desk and she allowed me through before her boss came in. Is that not God at work? Anyways did my normal checkup before the doctor said my blood pressure was high that i need to go see a cardiologist. I explained to him that i drove all the way from osun state to lagos state that there is no way my blood pressure won't be high considering the situation of Nigerian roads. All fell on deaf ears and he still insisted on me seeing the cardiologist that cost me extra buck but hey, there was nothing i could do, the ECG later came out and they declared me fit. I was scared but i knew nothing was wrong with me. Anyways i passed the medical.

Ppr came in two weeks later on the 18/12/2018 around 9am. Drove down to lagos the same day to submit but there was a terrible traffic on the way so couldn't meet up.

Submitted my passport on the 19/12/2018. Then the long wait started. For 20days no response sent email to lagos visa office yesterday and then i received update yesterday about my stamped passport. I was thinking maybe my village people finally got me but again God pass them.

Received my passport today 8/01/2019. School resumed yesterday though. Anyways i applied to Concordia university Montreal Meng in electrical and computer engineering winter 2019. God be praised

Document submitted.
1)All imm forms
2)Soa dad(9m)and mum (mum soa was literally empty but still submitted that way since i already introduced her as one of my sponsor). Didnt include my account.
3)Pension account dad (15m)and mum(13m)
4)CAC cerificate for my parent
5)Family form
6)Travel history (Malaysia and south Korea)
7)Police cerificate for Malaysia and nigeria.
8 ) Bsc certificate Electronics engineering from my school in Malaysia.
9) CAQ from Quebec
10)Some of the awards and certificates i received while in school
11) letter of introduction from my parents.
12) internship job offer letter
13) waec result, Cambridge A level result and Bsc transcript
And prayers prayers prayers.

My thoughts having SOP is very important so please do include it eventhough I didn't. But having a genuine application is importanter. These VO are humans and they will definitely be logical in the way they access these applications. Anyways i wish everyone still expecting there trv approval all the best!!

Gurus in the house.... I greet you ooo
I have been following this thread since last year.
But I’m yet to apply, well I’m applying soon.
Can I add my wes evaluation and ielts general tho (I had a 6.5 score) to my application..?
I’m thinking about online route( any reservation?).
After my Nysc, I haven’t worked with anyone apart from getting my construction contract from friends and family(studied civil engineering) no formal documents backing this up. I don’t know how to go about the work experience issue.

My thoughts having SOP is very important so please do include it eventhough I didn't. But having a genuine application is importanter. These VO are humans and they will definitely be logical in the way they access these applications. Anyways i wish everyone still expecting there trv approval all the best!!

congrats dear

There is no age limit and yes you can. You just have to explain the study gap in your SOP.

The BP issue came up during my medicals too. Before the night I had not have enough sleep and overworked myself for days. I begged the nurse to retake it and after several times it was the same. I went back the following day, drank enough water and practice deep breathing. Then I went to meet the nurse, she said it was ok. The Doctor then destroyed the referral letter for ECG. The doctor refused to submit my documents to CIC until after a week I called them relentlessly. He told me he didn’t know the other doctor has cancelled the referal. He eventually submitted it. Thank God it ended in praise to Jesus!
EngrDewole:

Hello nairalander, I applied to Corcondia University for MA Economics for the September 2019 intake but unfortunately I was given a place for graduate diploma for a term then based on my performance I will be able to progress to the MA in Economics. I had a bachelor degree in economics from unilag but I was told that my undergraduate courses didn't qualify me for the MA program. As I am preparing for my visa application, I am worried that the visa officer might raise an eyebrow being that I have already had an MBA and taking a graduate diploma course is retrogressive. Please anyone in or with previous predicament should advise me on the Way to approach the application.
