Joebie: People have their own opinions and they are free to judge how they want. When people criticised Forlan at Manchester United, I kept on hammering he was an exceptional talent and later he flourished. I am focus more on the players potential and hopes he follows through with it than spend time running the player down. |

Joebie: I do not see Rohr as a creative attacking coach and do not see him as a good fit to get the best of our creatove/attacking players. |

krattoss: Those stadiums are better maintained than any in Nigeria. We will need more than regrassing to get them in competition state. 1 Like |

Danielnino00: That's completely scuppered my plan's. I will not be going to Egypt. The activities of IS and the fanatical violent fans.I have been to Egypt and anything away from the tourist left me feeling not confident. I really wanted Morocco but that's not happening. |

do4luv14: Brendan spoke to me in Spanish and he told me to give him time, to give him a chance, and that I would like the way we were going to play. It would suit me. He said we would bring the ball out on the floor, keep possession and play attacking football. The new style suited me. Playing in England where all the centre-backs are tall and strong, the long punt up the pitch is no good to me, but a quick ball to release me either side of them works well. Mostly, I need the ball on the floor and Brendan knew that and he also worked with me on the movements I could make to isolate defenders. He was confident that if I could take them on one-on-one, I would be likely to beat them. He was keen to play to my strengths and my style suited his. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/football/2014/oct/27/luis-suarez-brendan-rodgers-liverpool If you will not listen to me or Icon79, listen to the words of Suarez. There are style that suits players. They can adapt and play a different system but you can not get the best from them in a system that does not suit them. At City, Nacho was not just a good player but he was hitting stats that was as good as some of the best in the game. Suarez made it clear that there was a strategy to make sure he had good chances at a high rate to strike goals. 2 Likes |

Icon4s: Do you think Theirry Henry would have adapted at Juventus with a style that was hard for him to fit in? Does that mean Henry was a player without great abilities? What of Diego Forlan who failed woefully at Manchester United? |

Joebie: My analysis and view has remained the same. Exceptional young talent showing a lot of promise playing his first season in La Liga. I don't need to watch all his matches, l just haven't jumped on the euphoric praise singing band wagon. Nuttin change. If you notice l said not too long ago that come the Summer l expect to see him as a free agent getting a killer contract that means at least £100k a week. I wouldn't say that if l thought he was rubbish. Football is international and players will gravitate to where the largest pay checks are. That means in General the top leagues and that includes the EPL. 2 Likes |
