I'm diagnosed with HIv positive, being crying since morning. the worst part of it is, i'm a virgin, had never sex with any man in my entire life. I was advised to start taking medications immediately...

doctors and well experienced nairalanders in the house, will this medication prolong my life? will it cost me expenses? or the HIV will one day turn to AIDS despite the medication? I'm deeply confused!

Their are some people that have HIV/Aids that are healthy and energetic than those without the virus.

HIV ain't a death sentence, their are more disease that are deadlier than it and kills within few months. My advice for you is to take necessary drugs, eat good food and bunch of fruits.

yes an infected person that is not suffering from the virus because of medication is a carrier of the virus, as such he or she can infect none carriers in unprotected sex.

Simply visit govt hospital where u can have free anti retroviral drugs n u will be fine...no need to panic
