Imagine I got 13.5% after 70 days, I'm thinking I can invest about 4 times (70 days ) in 357 days. And get 4 x 13.5% interests

All interest rate are on annual basis.
Whatever your annual interest is, divide by 365 and multiply by the number of days

it is. Honestly, these rates are far better than keeping ur money in savings accounts or even fixed deposits. Though, you can always get better rate from primary market.

Truth is, when it comes to such economic issues, there's usually no right or wrong, its usually just a matter of perspectives. Hence the usual joke about asking for opinions on one issue from five economists and getting six different answers.

I walked into an Ecobank branch in Lagos on Tuesday and filled the form to purchase treasury bills. I was told the form will be scanned to my bank outside of Lagos to have it purchased. I just put a call through to my branch outside Lagos and the customer care officer told me they received my form, but are yet to bid because they have not received bid for this week.
He was trying to convince me to go for fixed deposit saying it was almost the same rates. He wasn't sounding like they planned on putting any effort soon to purchase the T.Bills.
My question is how can I speed up the process of getting this T. Bills. Thank you

I obtained a tbills form from stanbic today in anticipation on the upcoming primaries.
Kindly throw in your suggestions what rate one can assume to get for 365days with less percent chance of it falling through.
I'm thinking of bidding at 14.5%. What's your stance?

Simple especially with GTB. If you already have a current account with GTB, you are profiled for internet banking, you can open a dom account right at your desk. Login to your account online click additional account and choose the type, that is all. you don't even need cash. However you have to fund it before 6 months otherwise it will be dormant. From what I was told when I did same, no interest cos by default your dom account is current according to the - GTB. Hope this help

You can have many TBills running. I have two in the same bank.

You can only bid with your own rate if you have N50m and above otherwise, you will have to make do with whatever rate the bank bids at the primary market.
