If god answers prayers, then how come certain football team players will enter the field doing the sign of the cross and still end up "trophyless" and regulated to the lower divisions?

Anyways, going into the new year, I'd like all who believe in a personal God to keep a prayer book, an online prayer book.

It's simple. Post three prayer points (aka wishes) on this thread, that you'd love God to answer before this time next year.

This time, next year, we come back to review... if God has not struck me dead by then...

WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE PRAY FOR HEALING ON TYPHOID FEVER PATIENTS, BUT DON'T DO SAME FOR SICKLE CELL PATIENTS, AMPUTEES AND BURN VICTIMS?

WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE GO TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT, GO OUT TO WORK, AVOID POISONED FOODS, AVOID TRAVELING TO THEIR VILLAGES, AND ALSO AVOID SHRINES AND CERTAIN "DEMONIC" FESTIVALS... EVEN AFTER PRAYING, CASTING AND BINDING?

PRAYING IS JUST A FOOLS COMFORT PARADISE. HE ENJOYS THE SWEETNESS OF TALKING TO HIS IMAGINATION EVEN THOUGH DEEP DOWN HE KNOWS HE HAS TO GO FACE THE REAL WORLD, WHERE HIS IMAGINATIONS CANNOT HELP OR SAVE HIM.

God does answer prayers, but sometimes you may need to persist in prayers and supplications, and you also need to have a believing heart, even Jesus in the Bible could not do much amongst people in his hometown because of their unbelief.

That's true...but also to add this:
He answers prayer, but sometimes, not exactly in the way in which we want or expect.
He answers, sometimes, in the way in which He deems is best...and with which if we could see the "bigger picture", would absolutely praise Him for "how" He answered.
That's why we should always pray, "may your will be done".

I don't even know where to start with you. You read the scriptures but you don't understand it. The scripture didn't say you were the evil that should be purged. It says that the judges must impose the penalty meant for an accused on the accuser if the accuser bears false witness.

They must castigate you as you intended for me to be castigated. God has put the burden upon them to carry out this judgement. If they do not, then evil will remain amongst them. The scripture is clear.

We the servants of Satan do not turn the scriptures. We don't pretend to interpret it and know more than God. We apply the scriptures as it is written. Nothing added. Nothing removed. When we say that God is evil, we don't turn the table on God. We are merely reasserting the scriptures. See for yourself.

God told Israel... I did not ask you to sacrifice your children to Moloch and make them pass through the fire.

If God is not responsible for it, who is?

Who engineered King Herod to kill all the children at the age of Jesus? so as to get to Jesus?

Who engineered Pharaoh to think of killing all the sons of the Israelites in Egypt?

Who bound that woman for 38 years in the book of Mark?.... Jesus loosed her from her bondage..

If God delivered her, who put her in bondage?
