I just sliced the tomatoes and the onion together in a plate, sprinkled a little salt ( you can add seasoning if you want but I didn't), mix and fry in a little oil on a low heat .
I didn't fry mine for long to retain its colour and part of its freshness but you can let yours fry as much as you want

It is not..cooking cream is heavy cream..check bigger supermarkets like shoprite ikeja, hubmart and the likes..or u could order online

Hey guys, to all the kitchen gladiators here,
I've got lotta yams and I really feel like having a different taste of it. Am tired of making boiled yam, porridge(both palm oil and groundnut oil) and I did some frying days back.
I would love a new recipe in regards to yam.
