WebSurfer:If the kano state governor dey western world, him for resign.. U see, we wouldn't have had problems with Buhari if he had followed due process and also not been bias. U can't be bias and be hunting others who don't bow to your own demand. Pls Nigeria is not his property. It is our sweat as citizens that are used to pay Buhari and his family. |

Vrengkat:Hope you are not a drunk paid lawyer under this govt? Babachir, NHIS, Ganduje, Osibanjo NNPC alligation etc are still a plus according to you by this govt hence selecting Court orders and Tribunals favouring their Satanic agenda against Nigerian. My question to you is 1. DON'T THE OTHER ARMS OF GOVT HAVE A INPUT ON THE REMOVAL according to you) of a CJN. OR 2.DOES THE FOOLISH PRESIDENT EQUALLY HAS POWER TO REMOVE A SENATE PRESIDENT THROUGH AN ORDER FROM TRIBUNAL THAT HAS A SUPERIOR INJUCTION COURT ORDER from An Appeal Court . no wonder he refuses to free Dansuki and supports the illegality of Kano state governor, VP,former NHIS boss, Babachir and even Apc National Chairman allegations. The Wrath of God is soon coming to the doorsteps of all the Agents of darkness terrorising Nigerians PARADING themselves as Govt Officials.

sokera:Actually, he didn't mess up by his admission in writing...the law in such situation is that there will be no need for reference to. CCT where someone admits in writing to a petition. The system was designed to be a truth rewarding one. One can only be prosecuted when he challenges or denies a petition. ....but the petition being politically motivated and the executive being in a race against time to remove him before the election disregarded every law ( ignorantly or mischievously). My greatest issue is with the northern judges whom have allowed themselves to be used as a tool by this administration. Their loyalty should be with the constitution and not a political party, religion or tribe. This is unfortunate. |

Many Nigerians with Thier education are still foolish, a president just practiced tyranny and a lot are in support of it, how has the president made Thier lives better to support this act, the suspension is not an of boldness or integrity, it is an act of tyranny and dictatorship.....the law was clearly sidelined in a sensitive position.....if he wants the CJN out, why not follow the due process? Watch him continue to make the constitution look like a meaningless piece of paper |

[s] bilms:[/s] What a dumbass! So this is how he intends to win elections by supporting corruption and corrupt practices. In essence the int'l I community should sanction PMB for obeying a court order? What foolishness is afflicting this groupie? |

Vrengkat:i dont think you know what he wants, and if i may tell you this bro, i don't think you know 2% of whatever he knows as an elite at his age and status, he is already a made man, a successful one in at least a field, a leader who has sat down with fellow men of his high calibre, what are you, a street lawyer as i can call you or as you claim to be or what exactly? Coz i don't understand why you simply can't contribute or give your own point without throwing insults at him for giving his own opinion, is that how you want people to accept, agree and adopt your own idea, am just sorry for you sha, You mentioned section 11, but i think you misinterpreted it in your mind just as anyone can misinterprete a holy book for their own gain or best of knowledge, so stop using that with your dictionary class as a show of being a learned in the law field, Oh yes that reminds me, so only lawyers knows the law according to you? Sorry bro, you can't take people down without you going down yourself, my aim is to enlighten you, coz the way i see it, i think its you that knows nothing at all, one more thing, it may look obvious you can defend president Buhari with your life, i hope he values yours the same way? |

nextnear:I don't think I insulted him, just stated facts... I am not misquoting anything... Put effort and check section 11, I have shut down ur peers who were here earlier on buying the matter from there Atiku... Stop thinking and go and read it... You can read the law, but only a lawyer comprehends, connect, and can make sense everything, we have 6 years training on our belt... saraki(head of the legislature) just made it clear why we need lawyers In the houses Talk whatever crap you want on Buhari, but the man has a good attorney who gave him a legal and better way to get rid of walter |

Vrengkat:Shut up your mouth and stop repeating your tired, twisted lines or I'll do it for you from here spirituality and a thunderous, brsin-resetting one at thst !There are 3 arms of government with 3 heads -President - CJN -Senate President. One of them cannot just wake up and suspend another without due process. It's like Saraki suspending bubu without due process of impeachment by the legislature. Only a dictator does that and bubu is one in a babaringa deceiving shallow minds and sycophants like you under the guise of fighting corruption. Such twisted and depraved soul. He was booed in the Senate. Next day, the trial of Melaye began. He clearly saw SE/SS has rejected him during campaign, the next day he unconstitutionality removed their most high profiled public official. After Atiku is sworn in on May 29, we shall begin a review of the constitution to ensure an unfortunate personality like bubu never becomes president again. |

planetx:Stop that kind of advise. An attack on those installations is an attack on the Niger Delta and all Nigerians. That is like shooting ourselves thinking we are hurting Buhari. Let the corrupt politicians fight themselves while we mind our business. Both APC and PDP do not care about us. |

bajosky:You see why I keep saying you non-lawyers don't know the law or how it works... I'm sure you haven't read the section 11 of the Interpretation act... Else you will know the suspension only applies to position the president can appoint. Does the president appoints the Senate President? And you still don't know that Ganduje cannot be prosecuted by any court... So far as he is governor ... This matter is not on removal of CJN, but the suspension... Abeg stop mixing them up bro... On removal the president needs 2/3 of the NA or recommendations of the NJC to act... On suspension president can unilaterally suspend the CJN check section 11 bro |

Randy100:Your parents wasted thier money for tutuition fee for you. It's just obvious no amount of Education can make you have sense. You're blinded by Ethnicity, religion or hate for one political party. Onoghen that admitted to the crime. What stops him from resigning like Adeosun? I'm almost certain you're Part of the people who clamoured for Adeosun to resign HYPOCRITE. |
