For student who want to save money then Aldi or Lidl. Things are cheaper there .

Brioche isn't that bread too sweet ... you can easily spot Johnny-just-come tongue. You still have sweet mouth from naija. You dont want to join brits and eat tasteless regular bread

grin grin sometimes I think the Brit’s ironed their tongues

Hehehe Brioche that Tesco wash put inside? Good luck finding another place grin

Nne mehn I feel you on the Tesco love, but I feed a lot of mouths and I’m just trying to manage funds a bit better.... have sha checked out both. I prefer Lidl but bought the sliced Aldi brioche for my family and they love it so that’s good... but neither place sell the cereal options we like in my house so will be going to Tesco for Cereal and Brioche las las.

In conclusion, it will be Lidl and Tesco for me going forwardsmiley Thanks to everyone that helped with feedback. I appreciate it.

Guys, pls is it right or lawful for the letting agency to do the check out inventory of the property. We were already scheduled for an appointment with the company that does the inventory only for them to call us to cancel.

I thought I was the only one, I’m so used to eating brown bread, anytime I see white bread it looks so foreign to me.

Are you talking about inventory on a property you are about to rent?....

If it is, the inventory is not a lawful position, but it is the best route.......

You should also request a copy of the inventory report and also take clear pictures of all inventory in the property (before you move in) .......

Hello,
Please what's the cost of prime time appointment at TLS Ikeja if you are paying with card at the VAC. I know it says £78 online if you are paying online. But I know it's a different fee if you are paying with card at the centre. Please anyone help me with the current price. Thanks.

I do £4 to Lagos and £5 to Abuja. Delivery to your door. No minimum weight charge. You either send to us in Enfield or we arrange paid pick up. Pickup is free for really large shipments.
Just to understand you correctly: you charge £4 to deliver to Lagos? If Yes, how much to pick up from London?

Noo, meant the check out one done at the end of the tenancy. It is usually a 3rd party that does it for my current letting agent but I got a call to cancel my appointment with the inspector, and was informed that it will be done by the letting agent themselves.

So I was wondering if this is right in case there is dispute on d deposit payment because it will be our key evidence. Just trying to pre-empt anyway they may want to siphon our deposit cheesy

Yes Sir. £4 per kg + £15 handling fee to deliver to your door in Lagos. Pickup can be arranged at a fee. It becomes free when the items to be sent weigh a considerable amount.

Thanks buddy.

You can also make the request directly with the deposit scheme. This is even faster, they will now send a message to your landlord asking if there are any issues and if all is okay the money will be refunded straight into your account.

The new policy for Masters Student gives them 6 months after their studies to look for a job, so it is feasible for you to stay back in Scotland (UK)

You have about 1 year and 4 months to look for a job that will sponsor you. (assuming you are coming for a masters). I will advice that you start your job search in earnest and not wait for the last 5 months as people tend to do. Also check for civil service jobs, they tend to sponsor.

If all else fails, join the army. No residency required, you will be diplomatically exempt from immigration control from day 1 of joining.

Good morning to all the electrical and mechanical gurus in the house.

My new kitchen cooker hood extractor packed up after about two years, I couldn't be bothered repairing it, so I just replaced it with a new one. my question is I'm thinking of sending the faulty one to Nigeria, before I send it there, I will like to know if it can be repaired there so I can use it in Nigeria, if not I wouldn't waste my time.

You just want to send the extractor? Is your house in Nigeria, piped out to extract?
