I bought an infinix smart two on 20th December, charger my phone overnight and this morning , I found the screen blank.

What could be the problem?
I'm going back to the place I bought it from this evening

PS: the phone did not fall or even get in contact with water at all

I plugged it after my.night sub expired by past 3 , unplugged by 6,

When did the screen wouldn't come on, I pressed the power button for 10 seconds, the screen came on but went off soon after.

1. The front camera is not that good but it comes out well if you use the auto mode .. Forget the beauty mode

2. My battery seems OK here

3.Call dropping?..Nothing like that here

4. I don't have issue with browsing

5. I don't use fingerprint to pick call, so I don't have idea

6. The unnecessary screen brightness when I switch to gallery can be frustrating especially we that have eye problem..

That means u weren't backing up. Truecaller backs up contacts, and so does Google back up. Even Yahoo mail and Gmail does contact back up. U can even export your contacts and save to SD card not talk of back up apps on play store.

I bought my Infinix hot 4 Pro new. The infinix phone started hanging suddenly few days ago and the 3 navigation button on the screen stopped working too, I can't click on OK cos it won't work. I couldn't go to slot to fix it so I gave it to an engineer to fix and he changed d touchpad. After changing the touch pad, phone doesn't reboot anymore, system UI keeps stopping and phone still hangs. I love the phone so much cos it has never given me any issue since I bought it In 2016 and the ba3 is cool too. I prefer the phone to my Samsung phone sef. What could be d problem please?

My infinix note 3 used used to be the best android phone I ever used, but lately the phone in seriously giving me problem pertaining to charging, before, it used to bring double charging which take latest 2 hrs to have battery full, but the case is different now cos its bringing only single charging, which if I charge my phone for 5 hours it will only bring 38% battery , I went to olugbede phone accessories market yesterday, which I tested more than 9 charger with my phone but still bring single charging, am seriously confused, I really need help , I based in Lagos...

The solution to the problem isn't factory resetting the phone. You need to flash the phone with the stock firmware {rom} thats available for it. You can do this yourself {that's if youve done it before now}. All you need is:
*A laptop with window Os {7, 8, 8.1 and 10 works}
*Sp Flashtool {can be downloaded}
*MTK Vcom drivers
*Downloaded rom {stock rom for your phone}. It's about 1.5GB - 2.0GB in size. Google search this
*Phone to be flashed should have a functional usb port
*Patience

However, i'd advise you to give it to a professional If you have not done it before or if you find it difficult {or scary} following some online guides. There are guides online that can guide you through...

I think you might have a bad 32gb sdcard. But to be sure it is really bad, i'd recommend that you format as 'portable storage' and not as 'internal storage' in your phone. As for the 64gb option, that depends on the phone you're using. Check to see whether your phone supports 64gb. If it does then you good to go with a 64gb sdcard. To confirm, search in google the specification of your phone. {Just enter .... Phone manufacturer, model plus spec .... in google search}
