Don't get it twisted. Domaining is not a lucky game or grace thing. The luck aspect of it is about 1%.
Selling consistently is not luck but a working strategy.
It takes time to learn. Take it or leave it

Totally agree, there is a lot of work to be done to be consistent in the business.

I would advise not to follow that bubble. That was the same thing that happened in 2016 when a lot of us bought into the hype of 5L, 6L, 7L, CVCV and others that never sold and dropped.
Just my opinion anyway.

Netsol does "pull" instead of "push". It's the same thing technically. Just tell undeveloped to initiate a pull. You will be notified by netsol, then you accept. The domain will be pushed to undeveloped almost immediately.
