I'm a spousal beneficiary and have always received services when the need arises. The problem is we do not have any identity cards as they have never been issued. My wife works at Federal Government College, Vandeikya,Benue state. Our HMO is Total Health.

As long as you are getting health care when needed you really don't have any problem.
Your wife can still go to our office or your HMO for a printout.

Your baby is covered for 3month after delivery. So it will be wise to do the addition once you can snap a passport with the baby's eyes open. Cos the process before she is enrolled takes time. I.e do d addition as Soon as possible

Thank you.

Am not sure of the question but hope this answers it.
• Out-patient care, including necessary consumables(drugs, injection,dripe)
• Prescribed drugs, phamaceutical cares and diagnostic tests as contained in the NHIS essential drugs list and diagnostic test list
• Health education
• Consultation with specialist such as gynaecologiste
I will also advice you to have your HMO phone number so you can call anytime you are stock to ask if for directives.
good work done and being done over this years. The Good keep Blessing You.
I would like to take you on concerning the issue of gynaecologist - fertility test / treatment.
I've read through your exposition at the earlier stage of this thread way back 2014, I does the NHIS cover fertility test and treatment?
where exactly is you office in abeokuta? I visited the one at oke-mosan not far from the governors office. I want to know if I'm at the NHIS or HMOs office.
I need to know for my wife and I are planning to come on the platform.
also I wish for us to get registered as a family but was told we can only register as individuals..

Thank you for your recognition and also following this thread.
Family package for those that are not working with fed govt or ops is on the pipeline so for now VCSHIP for your family which is 15000naira annually.
I will get back to you on the abeokuta address currently.
On fertility test and treatment, I prefer a straight forward questions on the exact test and treatment we are discussing. But if we are looking at IVF it is not covered for now.

I mean the general facility test and treatment (seeing the gynecologist, test recommendation and treatment with drug prescriptions), not IVF. this is meant for my wife and I. sure hoping to hear from you soon.

Hello @upmanagers, please I have been trying to change my Hospital and add a beneficiary. I have been to your office at Awolowo way twice this week but I was told you guy have issues with your internet. My wife should have commenced her antenatal at the new hospital but it's the change that is delaying everything. Please, I don't know if there's a way you can help me fasttrack this personally. Thanks
