pls help a brother. i'm a graduate of OAU. I applied 4 my transcript to b send 2 Wes tru etx-ng for weeks now, amd still not getting any response.
It's taking forever already, wat should i do?

Can you give more details for clarity? Also i think you should ask this in a new thread so that discussions around the issue (Processing transcripts through etx-ng) can help others, but if it helps, here is a summary of my process with etx-ng:

July 4 - Transcript order made by me on etx-ng website. to be sent to WES, US.

July 4 - Payment made manually through my paypal account. I chose PayPal instead of credit card. Paypal express payment failed multiple times on etx website so i contacted etx through their website CHAT and they provided a paypal account i could send payment directly to.
Payment made through my PayPal account.
Evidence of payment sent to Etx by email.

July 10 - Etx requests for the following documents and information:
Scanned copy of statement of result,
State and LGA of origin,
Have you obtained transcript before? if yes, when?
WES Transcript request form
July 10 - documents and information all sent to etx by email

July 12 - Application for transcripts made by Etx-ng
July 12 - Etx requests for thesis title

July 14 - after not finding the exact thesis title, i made an educated guess since i knew pretty well what the topic was about, but all they needed was the title.

Sept 7 - status changes to "your school is generating your transcripts"

Sept 18 - status changes to "school is signing transcripts"

Sept 26 - Transcript Dispatched to WES through DHL. Tracking number provided as well.

Oct 3 - VDR notification from WES

Pls this new introduction from wes requiring waec for university transcript evaluation is getting me worried, because the year in my DOB is different from my university transcripts and waec says they don't change anything concerning DOB anymore when I went to their office. Just send the WAEC. I had DOB error too on my certificate but i sent it like that and it was accepted. But you can make enquiry again at WAEC to confirm.

To correct DOB it will take about 6 to 12 months and i dont think you can wait up to that.

Pls how did you do it? Did you send copy of waec yourself? Abi waec sent it on your behalf?

WAEC sent it directly.

You could contact them directly and ask for update. They replied to my emails within 24 - 48hrs https://www.wes.org/contact-us/

Kudos to you guys, I have been using only NECO results since my WAEC isn't good enough, please can't the evaluation be done with NECO instead of WAEC. if no, can the grades I have on my WAEC has to do with credential assessment in future?

Lastly, since I need certificate and transcript to evaluate my university education, in the case where I ha e completed my Msc and certificate not yet available but transcript can be processed, what can I do

I don't know the email address. Ask your school to check the verification email or documents sent to them, WES provides the email address to them

I used GCE 2009 also, I wrote from 2009 to 2009, and I didn't have issue with my evaluation cos Wes has accepted the copy of the result sent to them by Waec

1. I wrote my WAEC in a school in Port Harcourt, do I have to go to the school to process my transcript to WES? Or can I do the processing from WAEC Office in Lagos, which is where I am now.

2. I have E8 in WAEC Maths, could that disqualify me?

3. Can I send my Masters transcript, Bachelor's transcript and Waec transcript all together on WES application.

1.You can only process your confirmation of result to WES at Yaba Lagos and not your school.

2. Having E8 in Maths does'nt matter.

3. You have to send your degree transcripts separately as it must be sent by the institution itself. You have request for your transcript from your shool and to be sent directly to WES.

By the time you filled out your application with WES. You will see the required documents needed from you.

WAEC certificate was introduced by August 2018. I started my evaluation before August 2018 so i wasn't asked for WAEC certificate

I know my school is supposed to send my transcript directly to WES, but on WES application under Education, there's a place for "Add Another Credential" , so do I go ahead and add Masters degree, Bachelor's degree and WAEC? A few questions:

1. What education were you originally evaluating for? https://www.wes.org/required-documents/

2. When you login to your account you should see the required documents for the evaluation you're currently doing, what documents does it tell you are needed?

3. In your account, do you see a link to "upgrade your report"?

I hope mine will also be this quick.
My institution sent back to them and my status was updated on the 16th of February.
I hope to get my evaluation this week.
