MSCI Nigeria as at 19 February 2019 came into the market heavily even with more cash (previous cash should have been added to in order to accommodate this resent purchase). Once I see MSCI in the market, my fears always reduce. See extract below.

If that's the case then, is it not better to buy access now? cause I think it might move up afternoon the court ... I believe the access price is being suppressed by access themselves, so that diamond's price would not be outrageous. Or do you think diamond conversion would be done immediately
