Not sure spicy food vs none spicy food is at par with a vegan lifestyle. You missed the point but I will indulge you.
With the majority of vegans, it’s not about what they eat, it transcends to what they wear, clothes, shoes. Furniture in the house. Products they use on their bodies, shampoos and conditioners. Moisturisers all have to be free from animal products as well as not being tested on animals. Now with that in mind can you be with a vegan?

Difficiencies arise when you have instances like frutarians or those that will only eat a raw based diet. As for vegans who have a very healthy balanced diet their quality of life is not lessened just because they do not eat animal proteins. The Rastafarian diet is a vegan diet, Hokkien, Hakka, and Buddhism are vegans same for some sectors of Judaism, Hindus ( not all) and those who follow the followers of Jain religion are vegan. If communities have been doing it for centuries surely the fact that they still exists and they have managed to propriate and live to be an old age is evidence enough. Portraying them like sickly weaklings is a bit of a stereotype. Like I said there has to be balance some vegans do not follow a balanced diet for anyone who’s diet is not balanced will have issues with their health including those who eat meat. Very few Nigerians actually eat fruit and drinking water is a battle. Some have urine the colour of tea with no milk.
A typical Nigerian diet is far from healthy, it’s high in sodium and heavy on carbohydrates so balance is essential.

I appreciate your preference but I disagree with your views which border on stereotypes and an example of one friend. That is just an anomaly.

I was the same old me ....I stopped due to where I was working at the time, I went lacto first then started eating meat.

Vegan means no meat or animal products in any form, I have never been a big meater anyway so I went from twice a week to once then, once or twice a month then I just stopped it was not that difficult. I worked in a coflict zone for a period where it was really hard to get fresh vegetables and most of the stuff that was safe was tinned food and a lot of that has animal gelatine as a preservative.

97% pescatarian at the moment that’s what my diet has been pretty much for some time now

Sure. Why not? Just means we'll be eating different dishes, most of the time...I think.

Is she trying to be a housewife (meaning she does the cooking) and a vegan?
If so, then she needs to be ready to cook non-vegan food for me and the rest of the family.

If her vegan cult forbids her from even preparing non-vegan food for the fam (How else will she taste the food she is cooking), then I don't need to be a part of that struggle.
I will let her be great by her damn self.

I don't eat meat too.... Anything meat, chicken, Turkey and so on sha. I don't eat them.. I only eat fish, Pomo (damn I love it especially round and soft ones). But that doesn't mean I can't marry a non vegan, at least my family eat those things and we share from the same pot but they make sure that there is either fish or Pomo in the soup mainly bcox of me

I partly concur with you. She should be ready to prepare vegan meal for you, but maybe by recipes which you would choose. Also the obligations of housewife are not just cooking but cleaning too. What if she cooks for you but never cleans? What is better As I know the cleaning service is not so cheap (at least for me). It's not Stockholm where I've found cleaning company https://www.xn--flyttstdningistockholm-64b.nu/ by recomendation with low price in comparison with my salary.
