In 2015 Buhari promised us change. We took him to Aso Rock to take over the steering. He quickly drove us from the best performing economy to poverty capital of the world. We raised alarm from the passengers' seats to press the REVERSE gear. He refused and pressed the NEXT LEVEL gear. With the way he is driving this car recklessly, we might be moving from normal poverty to CHRONIC POVERTY CAPITAL of the world.
Am 100% sure you didn't vote for Buhari in 2015.

does that link has anything to do with BBC? The OP merged two different reports together... That BBC report should be during the time of GEJ... Reason why I was after the date and year on the screen and also such a report will be found on BBC website.. So tell OP to show us link to BBC that substantiate this report... BTW which is Bigger 1.121trillion and 1.13trillion

This is the result of some hard but patriotic decisions that may be unpopular but are necessary for real and sustainable economic growth.

For several years we are used to an economy that is driven largely by importation and 'money is flowing' handouts from corrupt politicians. It pushed us into a comfort zone that has done little to encourage production.

This piece of good news means we are going somewhere. Next Level will certainly bring more good news. But it all depend on majority of Nigerians come this Saturday. Don't vote emotionally. Vote for necessary hard decisions that other countries had taken long ago but which we keep postponing because of accompanying pains. Vote wisely.

I don't know if the news is true or not, because I am always following business news but even if it true, it not reflecting on the standard of living of ordinary citizens,Nigeria has always been overtaken countries since 2012 but nothing to show for it,high unemployment and increase in poverty level every year. Personally, I think the economy is just growing in the handful.(THE ECONOMY CABALS)

There has to be hard times before the good times. Nigerian are not just patient enough. The say fulani and herdsmen crisis, that has been tackled, people are loosing jobs because corrupt politician don't have money to invest in banks and business. Yes the cost of living has gone but compared to 2years ago when a bag of rice was 21k and dollar above #400. Patient the say it's a virtue and so many Nigerians don't have it . My opinion is Atiku has nothing to offer, he sold Nitel and so many government properties puting so many people out of Job. Check your state or neighbouring state and ask yourself what PDP did as a government. We keep shouting Buhari what have you senator, rep, state governor done to improve your state. Vote wisely, if na PDP u wan vote ok but no insult who wan vote for APC because who you dey support ft decamp tomorrow and em don cause beef between many.

The news look fake though but for your information in the calculation of a country's GDP Population does not matter. Infact using income or expenditure approach population figure does not feature. GDP is much rooted in the business/economical activities done in a country within a yr

I guess Animals are responsible for bringing in business into such country. What do you understand about demand? What do you think will happen if there’s less population demanding for a product?
