That's even our position at Business Post. However, one problem might be the role of her husband in the 1985 coup that ousted Buhari. But we believe Buhari must have forgiven him, having worked with her husband during the late Abacha regime. Mpeace: |

So Nestle is paying N38.50 dividend while Seplat is paying $0.05 . Looks like this earning season will not give so much returns. Happy trading! |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mendes911: 12:41pm On Mar 06, 2019 |
yom2: There were no much online hype and speculations way back then. I believe things changed shortly before 2008 doom and short term investing became more profitable for someone like me. Online trading must have added it's own distortion to our market, it has became quite easier for people to take spontaneous erratic decision to buy or sell a commodity. My opinion though. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Mpeace(m): 12:44pm On Mar 06, 2019 |
PharmAlfred:Seplat $0.05 (N18) was interim dividend. I don't think they have released full year result yet. Seplat dividend yield us not too bad. Nestlé dividend of N38.50 is 108% increase from last year. That's good appreciation for those involved. |

lawrence1998:Guess people are just been careful to recommend any. The actual direction of stock is not yet known with the election still around us. Maybe you should consider diamond for now but will be much better if you can monitor it and enter a bit cheaper than currentprice. Election panic might still affect the share price I think. Know how know how, you go collect 1naira/each unit if the deal no change. My opinion. |

Please how do I apply for transcorp dividend? |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Nobody: 7:29pm On Mar 06, 2019 |
trase24: You mean you need the dividend? For you to get 30k means you must hold one million units. Seems you are very heavy here. This your question came late. You should have activated your e-dividend immediately you bought the stock. If you use broker,it will take some time,If you apply online, the registrar might delay you. Just go straight to the registrar's office and follow their instructions at once. |
