Report reaching me from a very reliable source has it that CAVERTON OFFSHORE SUPPORT GROUP had in the past few days acquired a helicopter PTS for €8M, through a bank facility from BPI FRANCE.
...provision was made by the THALES GROUP, and secured by the ECA branch of France.

The management of the company has also concluded and signed a new lease agreement with MILESTONE AVIATION.
There is also an expected upcoming deal with the THALES GROUP.

The breakdown to these reports and more shall be made public in due course.

This your question came late.You should have activated your e-dividend immediately you bought the stock.

If you use broker,it will take some time,If you apply online,the registrar might delay you.

Just go straight to the registrar's office and follow their instructions at once.
