I like this advise by Chimamanda.

Wear what you want to wear.

It is particularly good, becaause Chimamanda is a woman who dresses modestly, she refrains from wearing cleavage-baring outfits and anything with a high slit. She has often exprresed concern for excessive show of HER skin,.and once, said she risked wearing a dress with a light amount of cleavage because she found it too beautiful.

So, women who take this particular advise should know they do it at their own risk. Chimamanda is a respected woman in society and she takes it seriously. She dresses as she wants to be addressed. She is a happily married woman as well, so, if you aren't one, please, sieve out whatever advice you want to take and leave others. Also, know how to discern her advice, do not assume she is advocating for a reckless dress sense

It is not a free world. Every act has consequences... good and bad. Your freedom is another's bondage. Your strength is another's weakness. The Holy books tell us to be 'considerate' for one another. That is to seek the good of the other in everything including the way we dress.

The men too will argue for that freedom to behave the way they like. What makes the rape of the body and the rape of the mind different. Both have terrible consequences. A violent person and one that incites violence are just as guilty as one who comits rogue se.xual acts and one that incites sex through perversion.
