Try Adblocker. Some adblocking apps require root access while others do not. Although I've never used those without root access, I prefer those with root requirement for the sake of effectiveness

Please my infinix note 3 is not coming on and when I plug it to socket, it's not showing anything. What could be wrong

What happened prior to this? Or can you remember what you were doing on it before the total power failure?

You might try pressing down the power button for 1 minute to force a hard reboot while connected to a charger. I recommend connecting to charger because the battery might have been in a drained state.
Re: ***** Infinix Discussion Thread ***** by photon3106: 9:48am On Mar 11, 2019
@dunsin125: If the above does not work, connect the phone to your PC and listen for a connection sound from the PC. Does your PC make a connection sound indicating that it detected your phone? If yes, you might want to leave it plugged to charger for a considerably long duration, say 4hrs. During this long charging, observe for any increase in thermal energy (heat) from phone. Post your findings here whether the phone works or not.

Is it rooted? If the answer is No, you should consider taking it to Carlcare to check it for you.

when I connect it to pc, it doesn't make a sound but there is heat when I plug it to socket

I was trying to put it on then it went to recovery mood and started showing Bluetooth test, wifi test and so on. It showed a yellow flash on the screen (it was not coming on) and then went off and since that time, even that yellow flash sign isn't showing

That seems like a board problem... The heat and no PC detection points to this deduction. You can not troubleshoot the problem yourself. Suppose the phone has never been opened before, you should take it to carlcare. Otherwise try a competent technician to check it up for you.

This is due to a crashed eMMC (this is a chip that contains your firmware) in your phone. The Os can't be loaded by your bootloader because it is simply inaccessible in the eMMC. Hence the forced recovery mode. I doubt that a flashing attempt will be successful let alone solving the problem.

should I still plug to see if it's the battery that's completely drained

Good morning...so the phone is detected afterall using spflashtool. That's good sign but I'd still advise you to take to a technician or carlcare for check as there is a very high chances that you have a hardware fault. It is very less likey that your charging port or flex is the problem.

Note: Do not carry out a flashing attempt unless youi are certain that the battery is charged. Trust me, you don't want to flash a phone with a dead or almost dead battery for the end of that phone will be worst than the prev.
