Pele. Different people have different foods that worsen theirs but pepper is always a NO. It's difficult but avoid pepper as much as you can. Carbonated drinks are sweet but they're not good for you too. Leave roasted corn, yam and their likes alone. I've always been picky with food so i cant help you with a "list". Take time to monitor your diet and body to know what worsens yours.
Please never stay hungry, always have biscuits, water and tablet antacids on the go(this works when you're beginning to feel the pain), reduce your NSAID(Ibuprofen, Felvin and co) intake if you take them and you'll be fine. If I remember any other thing, I'll modify. Take care

Pain relief like ibuprofen diclofenac
Eat regularly (eat small portions often)
Drink lots of water avoid carbonated drinks
Don’t take bananas, apples early in the morning on empty stomach
Do not stay hungry
Avoid garden eggs
Avoid roasted yam/plaintain
Avoid things that make you angry (anger triggers the pain)
Will modify when I remember the rest

How did you prepare the soup?
Cut the leaves not slice oh
Pound pepper
Add seasoning (maggi)
Add iru or dawadawa or okpehe
Palm oil
Little salt
Little water
Crayfish (optional)
No meat or fish oh
Cook until tender
While stirring the soup use the soap to be cutting the leaves such that the leaves will be a little shorter than it was

oh! so did you like eat it frozen like that or waited for it to thaw? what did you do with it after peeling it. was it easy peeling it?
lool, sorry I keep on laughing at your questions, so I waited for it to thaw, due to the ice the consistency was watery but when I fried it, quite voluminous. It was also easy to peel, just like boiled egg.
It happens a lot to me, I may have to stop keeping my eggs in the fridge at the risk that they will go bad.

Hello, you can try Raw cabbage juice freshly made.
I have read testimonies that it heals stomach ulcers such as pelptic ulcers within 7-10 days if taken religiously.
It might not be the best taste in world but it heals.

You can watch the link below:

I wish you a speedy recovery.
I juice the carrot-apple-cabbage recipe whenever I have pains in my tummy. But i don't av ulcer. I'm just hooked on juicing.

Okay, all clear now. its the pic you uploaded that piqued my interest and curiosity as you had a fork in hand and frozen eggs in plate which gave me the impression that you were eating frozen eggs. something I've never heard of
