I think it actually depends on how it's prepared. There's a way some people prepare it that you hardly smell any foul smell. I like akpu/fufu, and e dey hold your belle well well

Amala is rich in potassium and vitamin K which gives stamina. I can't even believe this is what they are teaching university students at Coventry. Amala should be banned but the white man's pizza should be embraced abi?
