my initial plan was 40 but now is 30 by 2020. things moved faster than i anticipated. Last year i made +-30m naira but invested most of it on real estate and even got myself in debt of about 7m naira just to finish up some stuffs(good debt) got the loan on a zero percent for the first year and 10.7 Percent afterward from my bank. My plan is to pay that up and raise some good capital to the one i already have and just let it work slowly for me like buhari. Lol
I'd never be like my dad, that guy work till 2005 and died 2008 @ 96. Yes he had me when he was old. Lol

@Thisnut, What bank is in quote here please? And what if you pay everything back within the first year. That means they gain nothing. Or its a must your spread out the payment for the number of years agreed?

Thanks

My basic knowledge about business should not be what you think you can make a lot from but doing things you love to do and not what someones else's is doing. Someone here said he would rather be a pastor with less money than being a consultant with a multi national company with 6 figures, a lot of folks out here hung him with a noose .

I'm a Christian but not the religious type. I go to church at my convenience, i don't pay tithe and i seldom pay offering. If God would not bless me because i don't pay for shit make he carry him blessing go else where. Last last everyone go die one day

yes we will all die surely one day but we should be ready to meet our maker cos our makers manual tells us that as it is appointed onto man to die once then judgment follows and that is why we should not live a care free life. I have lost my dad when i was a little child, lost 3 siblings and lost my mum last year so its just the grace of God that has kept me going not because am too smart academically or anything else and am not all superb just the grace and favor of God i must not misuse that grace. Since i dont know the day of my visitation by my maker

Please @Nnamz, how do you obtain your TBill certificate from GTB? I have been debited ₦300,000 from a GTB account but still no document to show for it!

I'm not sure how to obtain it cause I have never needed it. I would just email my account officer.

Most times GT will e-mail the proof of investment /certificate to your e-mail address except if you do not subscribe to it. You can also walk into the bank and request for it. Its not that difficult just go and meet the staff that treated your TB request..

I respect you a lot. The key to early retirement is planning. I drew a 20years plan that terminates in 2032 or 2037 (50/55) depending on when I hit the 1 billion mark. 1b at 10% is 100m annually. Hoping for 10m monthly. Retirement life is getting a retirement home with staffs. Kids should be able to attend the best school as they wish. Then I can afford a brand new car every 2 to 3 years. Feeding at such age is minimal. Traveling and visiting kids in their campuses across the globe with wife. Set a target and work towards it. So far it's going as planned. Mind you, I will be pensionable. Don't eat your cake today, preserve it for future. You can't eat your future today and get it back in future except the Lord abides by your greed which I doubt He will.

Beautiful, well thought out......but how can we make 10m monthly in this country or are u based abroad. Cos I have checked it thoroughly I can't seem to create a 10m inflow in a month consistently.

it difficult for persons with limited capital ...but what I come to find out that men that net around 10 m per month come with huge headaches, stress, high bp and not necessarily make u happy .once money is beyond normal needs is just number, addiction and stress unless you plan and exit strategy ...unless inflow is from shares like owning 5 percent of access bank that just declared 97 bn naira profit....ur cut is around 4 bn but how many billion is required to buy 5 percent of access? Then how do u generate his billions in the first place....as far as enjoyment is concern dangote is suffering ...runing several companies even as board chairman is enough stress then add 5000 trucks and the refinaries

Couldn't stop laughing and u couldn't have said it any better . I do supplies of pms, ago and dpk and one way of increasing my income is to get more trucks. But even the one I have now almost gives me heart attack anytime it makes a long haul.

U have almost 13m on the road moving , if any thing happens ........hmmm. then I should add another 2 or 3 even if I could afford it, just to double or triple income . O boy I can't handle the nerves.

One truck takes good care of me and family, any other investment has to be very low risk for my hearts sake.

Born and raised in the streets of akwa ibom and presently within akwa ibom. you make 10m monthly when you have 1b naira and above lying in your TBills account and interest rate is around 10% to 13%. I need about 5m monthly to stay afloat but aiming high incase there is a miss, so far it's going as planned.
