Hello here, I got a paid internship with a company in London. The package the company is giving for accommodation is £2k for the 10 weeks, June 24 - End of August. The package comes with breakfast as well.

I was wondering if there's anyone who would be willing to take me in for the 10 weeks. I'm willing to pay if required, company is on Fleetwood.

Hope I'm not breaking any rules @justwise

are you worthy of trust?

If not that its might be a great opportunity to have on ones CV... £2,000 is really small for 10 weeks, especially with the cost of living in london . Does this include any transportation?

It doesn't include the cost. We were told it's 40 minutes away.

The £2000 would be removed from the salary to be paid

Ok . That better .. I misread it . Thought it said 2,000 for everything

£2000 for 10 weeks is £200/week. This is more than enough to rent a room in a shared house without the need to depend on anyone. There are rooms advertised in London for £100/week on gumtree etc.

Compared to Usa.... tax rate in US is about 5% , here it is 20% so overall things will be more expensive in the UK . Then london is another story as rent and transportation here is expensive .

£2000 to cover only accomodation that good deal but 2000 to cover everything then that small

What the hell is wrong with people on this section?
Do you mean every Nigerian that come on here is a scammer?

I respect Justwise a lot and he has history with busting a lot of scammers on this section. I only came here seeking for a cheaper option, and now that most here think I'm a scam, I've gone with the company's option.

Whoever has brains would see some sort of relationship between kolalekan and Olalekank and I don't want to start explanation why I used the other account to post this.

Here is an attachment of the email I got so guys who see every Nigerian as a liar can see. It's honestly disgusting

Bros calm down. You will need it in London. Justwise just said "same person" and you don already scatter ground. A simple explanation would have sorted out the issue, it is not like you are asking people for money.

I stayed for a short while in a shared apartment at North London for about 550pcm all inclusive. Managed by one agency that like money pass their life: http://www.accommodationlondon.net/ +442084596203 or you can also check https://www.spareroom.co.uk/

How is the U.S. Tax Rate 5%?

Federal Taxes

States Taxes

City Taxes &

County Taxes

The cheapest tax rate in my state is the Sales tax which is pegged at 7%...

So how did you come up with 5%?

It’s not 2%...

Federal Taxes is about 25%

State Taxes is about 15%

Plus Medicare Taxes...

All these taxes are Mandatory & are withdrawn from your Paycheck before it hits your Bank Account...

Remember when I lost my job & then I applied for unemployment benefits...

The Government was able to pay me weekly until I was able to find another job...

So that’s definitely one of the perks of paying your taxes...

Assuming this happened in Naija you’re on your own...

If you know, you know...
