Today the CJN has been vindicated.

We all know how this started, how SW media was the first to defend and support the illegality of the president, how they ran false stories just to tarnish the image of an innocent man, a father, grandfather and Head of Nigerian judiciary and used their media to crucify him even before the court sits.

We all know how they refused to to abide by the NBA's directive to boycott the court, how they refused to join the protest against this illegality and how to sponsored counter-protest against those Protesting the illegality.

We all saw how Channels suspended an ongoing programme to run emergency programme to defend Buhari's decision to unconstitutionally remove the CJN and swell public sentiment against the CJN, a lot of threads were opened by Sarrki, BBQ and others blackmailing everyone that spoke against that by labelling them as lovers of corruption.

Femi Falana was one of the first to condemn the illegality but few days later he adopted anti-Onnoghen stance calling for his resignation. How can a learned man call for the resignation of the CJN on the ground of unsubstantiated evidence. Anyway, we were surprised by the sudden turn-coat.

I don't know why SW has continually made themselves enemy of the South and opposing anything of Southerner interest but they should always know that "family is your last line of defence"

We wish from the better South wish them Good Luck.

Agbakoba also said he should resign

Abi he is Afonja too now

Secondly, you need to chill and wait for the outcome of the court proceedings

Closing a case is not the same as withdrawing a case.

After using your media to influence public sentiment. See them, still supporting illegality because it is SS.

I don't know why you people hate SS so much. SE is used to una hatred so it is now viewed as normal.

Since pre-independence till 2015, can you point out one single political alliance has successfully entered into?

Just one successful alliance and you guys are displaying arrogance.

2023 no far again, we shall see who is politically backward.

We all know the truth, the issue here is that hypocrisy sentiment and tribalism will continue to divide the south, northerners are much united than what we see here in the south, the yorubas are typically Judas of the south very awful.

Clear from whose eyes? None of your popular SE leaders supported him. They were too much of a coward to do so, only the miscreants online were spewing rubbish just you all spew rubbish while your political leaders feed fat on your allocations. Lol. On the other hand, some Yoruba leaders defended him while some didn't.

Personally, I believe the man is no saint. You cannot have me believe he knew nothing about opening an account where billions of dollars was deposited but his friend kept claiming he didn't know how to open an account and that was why he helped him. Lol. it's no surprise after all, lawyers are the best liars and this is a man who's had experience practising the profession for years.

Sorry to say these bruv, but you are not smart

Yorubas have ruled Nigeria in their capacity as president and vice president more than other tribe in southern part of Nigeria.

Yet, you are asking for a successful political alliance!

First Ceremonial President
First Acting President
First Military Head of State

Abeg continue to blame Yorubas for everything including not been able to 'service' your wife properly until Abayomi came to bail you out in that department. Your pain is just beginning. It will only get worse. How will you cope in 2023 when a Yoruba becomes President?

Gone are the days of cabals. If you do the crime do the time.
This is the big change we voted for.
CJN Salary/Annum = N9,012,000 CJN savings in Foreign Accounts alone = N250,500,000. Does he trade in Judgements?

For the wailing wailers, If the opposition had been the one to level this allegations against the CJN and Buhari failed to do anything, you guys would still cite his failure to act this close to elections, because the CJN is an ally he wants to use at Tribunals..
Wailers will ALWAYS wail, it's in their DNA.....N.B

A Southern Sleaze and scum. Not straight forward, coining his words as though he his afraid of taking a definite position. The South south region must hold firm for their own else be forever relegated to oblivion.

Regions must strengthened and take common stand in any national discourse. I once thought Nigeria's problems could be solved if we all think nationalism but alas, i was wrong. A particular region is hell bent on it's own agenda thus, every other part must also learn to take tough national positions. It is only then that common sense will return.

Things are not always right because they are hard, but if they are right, one must not mind if they are also hard.

Oh, it was the Yorubas that were shouting marginalisation then

They were the ones queuing behind an ill-tempered drug addict to fight for their supposed freedom

They are the ones that pushed for a referendum

Allow me to open your eyes properly to the ill fortunates of your tribesmen in the Nigerian political arena

All of those alliance ended in less than four years, with the most important being the alliance in the first republic which lead to the killings of many Hausa politicans by ibo officers.

.OluwaRotimi Arogundade shared this.

It is in this country that Babachir Lawal was removed for allegations of corruption and Lawan Daura sacked for "threatening" democracy. No northern Governors meeting to condemn the move neither was there any noise from northern youths to disrupt the nation's peace .Kemi Adeosun, erstwhile Minister of Finance resigned simply on a matter that was not in anyway related to missappropriation of finance or abuse of office. No SW Governors gathered anywhere to condemn that. No Yoruba youths rose in protest to cause mayhem in the country .But here is a CJN who admitted to committing serious legal infractions being asked by SS governors not to obey court summons, the same courts he presides upon and their youths threatening fire and brimstone.A crop of leadership that has thrown its morals to the dogs. Isn't that the reason the region continues to suffer from lack of development despite all efforts by successive governments to establish institutions that will bring development to the good people of the Region? It is only in the SS that you have a Ministry of the Niger Delta, a Niger Delta Development Commission and the famous 13% derivation. No other region of the federation enjoys such Federal Government attention yet, the leaders of the region have failed to direct these humongous resources to the benefits of their people. It is unheard of that a group of leaders would shamelessly and brazenly encourage a top judicial officer to disobey court summons in a case the same officer has admitted to have erred. They will not succeed in their evil plots to take Nigeria back to Egypt. Just Scribbling My Thought

This your thread is a complete disservice to this country and to those people that live in SW. The leading voice against the suspension of CJN and the main voice supporting the suspension are both from SW. Thankfully you mentioned Femi Falana.
There are thousands of us that were opposed to the decision of PMB from SW, for you to now make it a SS vs SW affairs is nothing but mischief. Despite the hard way GEJ was opposed by OBJ, you history will be incomplete to say Obj from SW was not one of the main hands God used to elevate him and a coloration of anti SW to the whole issue should be dismissed.
