You can't learn doctors' work as hand work otherwise many crooks will invade the medical community in order to get well paid as doctor. You cannot arrest them because they can claim that it is their handwork and they made a mistake during surgery and prescription of drugs when in actual fact they are uniformed crooks.

There has to be a genuine official body that creates and maintain the standard of the profession. They will also set up the official training strategy and a curriculum to ensure that doctors are well rounded in their skill. They would have to be the only body and way so as to ensure that all who study medicine and graduate are well trained doctors. So you see doctors must go to school and be licensed.

The same applies for Pharmacy. If you want money, go and start a business or study "top" courses in the university. If you value education, information and expertise, go to a good school. School dey epp person. When you start expecting it to be a guarantee of being rich as Zuckerberg then you have a problem. Erase such rubbish mindset from your head.
