You have a point, cos I saw NZL on my GCMS notes and wondering where that came from. I am aware of US and CAN, but did not know all these NZL or AUS until I saw my GCMS notes.

Austacus:

Bro, please semme a pm, ain't proving anything to you on public again.. cause I don't get paid here. I will show you with 6-7 evidence in Gcms notes and then for the treaty, you can check it yourself on Google it is readily accessible
(Canada/U.S. Information Sharing Treaty Summary. On December 13, 2012, Canada signed a Treaty with the United States of America (U.S.) to enable systematic immigration information sharing between the two countries on third-country nationals).

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/privacy-impact-assessment/us-canada-information-sharing-treaty.html

Then you come back here and apologize to me (I explained based on facts and sources not just forum speech).
No offense given or taken.
Please send me a pm, I am waiting to prove AUS, NZL and the UK.

My friend is applying for me from there and I'm staying with him ....all I just need to do is biometrics once he help me apply
Do I need to get the living expenses transferred to my account again

Your application is sill a third party sponsorship(Uncle). Is your friend a PR or on a Study status?

You can get your sponsor to transfer the funds for your living expenses(even your first semester/year tuition since you already paid a $500 deposit - followed by a support explanation in your SOP) to your friend(if you trust him so well) to setup a bank account in your name then include the documents which would give more credibility for a third party sponsorship about the availability and access to the funds, otherwise it would be wise to have your sponsor transfer the necessary funds(as aforesaid in my previous posts) even if you is staying with your friend. For Yankee eehhh! All man..

I believe you found your answer!

Info sharing is a must for CAN and USA (cause its a treaty between USA & CAN)
Then for the rest ( UK, NZL and AUS), they can randomly pick two countries (mostly NZL & AUS).

Can you support that claim with any evidence? Official link or any reliable link?

This reflects a lot in gcms notes especially if there is travel histories to an applicant's name. I haven't bother researching it but i have come across it severally on gcms notes.

You can make some available to you for self verification

Why all these arguments about Canada sharing immigration info with other countries?
The fact there is that they definitely do.
SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANY EVIDENCE, JUST IN YOUR APPLICATION ABOUT YIUR PREVIOUS REFUSAL MOST ESPECIALLY USA, NEW ZEALAND OR AUSTRALIA.
The evidence will surface instantly.

Hello Senator,

I think you should reread what I wrote. There was never a used phrase of words that might result to an argument in my assertions, rather I stated facts like you've done and further buttress the points made by @Austacus as valid.

I did not direct the post to you. I was trying to caution that after the fact has been said and you also buttressed it, if the person who is still doubting it is not satisfied, he/she can lie on the form and see the consequence as evidence.

I guess you misconstrued my post, I'm not saying that they don't share information, they do and we have argued this here in previous parts and I provided a link to back that up. My post was referring to your comment that information sharing between US and Canada is a must while other countries is random...that is what I'm questioning.

Why do I have to pm you or apologise?

UK, NZL and AUS countries has right to disclose or not (the UK don't disclose all the time) unless what they find important to the case.

PS: you don't fully understand the difference between FVEY/ five eyes (that has been existing for so so long) and signed treaty between US&CAN On December 13, 2012
If you know it, then you would fathom why I said US & Canada is a must.

I requested for an apology cause this is not the first time you want to paint me like a dunderhead. (who apology help self? Not necessary).

One love bro.

Here you go again..how do you know if the UK disclose or not?

You obviously making things up as you go, the treaty you talked about was signed since 2012 while the FVEY was just 2yrs ago.
