Someone was asking me why ESPN or Fox have not poached the Chuckster, Kenny and Ernie and I replied, those guys can not deal with clowns and buuttt lickers like Nick Wright, Shannon Sharpe, Cris Carter or their counterparts at ESPN. The network will have big problems with them all the time because of how honest they are.

LOL All the people you mentioned are on fox, plus there are people with different opinions on all networks. For every "butt licker" theres an equal hater so their fit is not what theyre looking at. Truth is no one is going after them because no one wants them. Collectively theyre brilliant but individually they're boring and vapid. Old ernie with health issues, or maybe chuck who cant string a sentence together or kenny who on his own has zero charisma, imagine any of these guys having a show of their own. Lmao

Plus i'd imagine the setup, pay and schedule of the show suits their needs. I'm not sure any of them wants to be as occupied as these shows will require them to be. The networks dont give a rats a-s how honest a person is they just care about viewers and making money and if they felt getting these guys could achieve either theyd have gotten them by now.

I didn't listen to a lot of his music. Just a few old mixtapes but he was well respected. It's a lot of rumors flying around that he was on to exposing some people in an upcoming documentary. Can't say for sure but I find it hard to believe that murder was purely gang related based on what I know about how these things work. And where it happened

Guess only time will tell

He is not staying back, it was already established since high school and recruiting that he is staying only one season. Zion, Barrett, and Reddish are one and done, they are off to the NBA.
Makes zero sense financially for Zion to stay in College tbh. Might as well maximize his money machine now that the hype is at an all-time high, especially in a system tailored for everyone else to make money from Zion except Zion himself.

As if he was the brain behind the documentary and it wont drop without him. Most times these entertainers just add their name to something to make it more appealing i guess but in truth they arent responsible for most of the content, i dont see how killing him will hinder the documentary its not like theres something only he knows about it. This isnt the first time documentaries with conspiracy theories have been made.

Another peeve i have about the african american community. Whenever something happens instead of looking within and trying to solve the problem they start coming up with conspiracy theories to blame the white man. I understand their history has made them insecure and granted sometimes its justified but the moment they start to realize the flaws of some aspects of their culture and take ownership of it and how to fix it the better for them. The people who knew him arent really surprised because like Roland said he was about that "life". Dr. Sebi that was a renowned snake oil salesman i mean these idiots actually believe he cured cancer and aids SMH! They also believed that said man who died of pneumonia at age 82 was killed by the government. Tupac was killed by the government, so was biggie, and Eazy e, the list goes on, its obviously not the gangster lifestyle of strutting guns around and shooting people. I mean give me a friggin break!

Ohhhh and by the way KCP shot 38% from 3 last year. He's only shooting 35% this year. Since we're nitpicking stats like Beans
And his 2P% increased from 47% to 55%. He can't eat his cake and have it bro.

Duhh. He's taking more shots at the rim and more importantly converting at a higher clip. 47% of his 2P shots came from the rim compared to 40% last year.

So basically it took him taking more shots at the rim to increase his 2P% while his 3pt shooting has gotten worse. So how has he been better with LeNomad? Especially as a 3pt shooter

Spot on with some of your comments.

While I do admit racial equality is not a reality at this time in our country, the African American communities are too protective of serious issues that affect us here and always choose to pass the buck. We know the drug dealers in our communities, we know the gang leaders, the guys who make the zip code unfashionable irrespective of economic unfairness, the thieves, those who abuse drugs and alcohol, we know these guys but never say anything until it hits close to home or home. Nipsey lived a very dangerous life and he was a renowned gang member so it was not shocking how he died, black celebrities must stop with the pretense and just call a spade a spade.

I mean look at Josse Smollett's case where the attorney general of a state got involved because we were driven by our protective nature and chose to call a black cat white. Chicago is struggling with violent crimes, yet because someone needs attention/ publicity to push his career, he creates a situation that further divides the city. That is why I respect Chris Rock, he was not afraid of calling out and ripping Jossie Smollett for such disgraceful behavior during the NAACP awards during the weekend even though the charges have been dropped.

He was the face behind it. Let's not be pedantic! When you kill a face of a struggle does it mean a struggle ends?

Not equating Nipsey with MLK but the Civil Rights movement didn't end just because MLK got shot.

I'm not huge on conspiracy theories but those shots are not your typical drive-by shooting scenario.

I agree with most of what you said above as there is not a lot I hate more than people not taking responsibility for their own fate.

However let's not act like there has not been a long history of law enforcement not turning a blind eye to the things that go down in these neighborhoods. Does it make sense to you that 2pac and Biggie's killers have not been found till this day? Pac was shot in a Vegas strip. Do you know how many people are at a Vegas strip after a Tyson fight?

Anyway let's see what comes out of this latest murder. From what I've read on Nipsey while he might have belonged to a set he was very far from a gun toting, set tripping banger. Dude had businesses and was putting in good work in his community.

LOL Lets not pretend as if he was some A-lister or someone with major clout. Nor is he a doctor/scientist, no one was going to take him seriously, why kill him if all that does is bring more attention to his work?

Tupac was killed by orlando anderson (a pretty well known fact), the dude he beat up earlier who is a renowned crip enforcer and died a while later after getting into a shoot out. The crips still celebrate what orlando did to this day. Biggie was killed on Suge knights orders. People like to complicate things unnecessarily. The fact that anyone who cooperates with the cops is labelled a snitch and ostracized according to their code doesnt exactly help law enforcement do their job does it? Nipsey was a gang member who rolled with gang members and they got shot down because thats what happens to gang bangers period.

What does having to be an A-lister have to do with anything?

Is this the first time someone got clapped for saying or trying to say too much? There is evidence that he was concerned about his safety.

Why not? What good would he be alive to the folks that might want him dead? Whatever attention it brings at the very least a message has been passed

There is no conclusive proof that Orlando was the gunman. He was alive for a full 2 years after Pac died and he was never charged for anything

Again you're reaching. There is no proof Suge killed Biggie. And if he did the question then should be why was he a free man?

However way you spin it someone out there isn't doing their jobs. It's pretty common knowledge that one of the easiest ways to get away with a crime is to kill a black rapper.

He had been banging since his teenage years. How come it's when this documentary started that he felt the need to stress that his life was under any form of threat?

bro, this is not the occasion. nobody is shouting white on white crime. why single out blacks when famous people die. either way, a painful tragedy.

on the other hand, folks do need to watch out. dont think because you do good in your neighborhood, your haters stop hating. you need body guards even if its your hood.

An A lister means he has the clout and him being the face of something gives it more publicity and credibility. The rest of what you are saying doesnt make any sense, hes more of a threat to them dead than alive, people didnt even know about the documentary, now they do. If someone like Neil Degrasse tyson was killed today because he was trying to say too much then i might pay attention to that conspiracy, not to speak ill of the dead but not friggin nipsey hussle. If attention is what they dont want then why bring attention towards the whole thing to pass a message? that makes zero sense.

There is no conclusive proof that Orlando was the gunman. He was alive for a full 2 years after Pac died and he was never charged for anything
LOL How will they get proof when suge and co wouldnt cooperate with the cops? here are the facts, tupac had an altercation with him moments before, hes a well known killer, his uncle (who later confessed BTW) was a top gangbanger. There was a street war afterwards caused by Suge trying to get revenge where multiple people died. Orlando was shot twice in his knee caps with an AK 47 as a result of reprisal attacks by the piru on the crips and couldnt walk for a while.

Again you're reaching. There is no proof Suge killed Biggie. And if he did the question then should be why was he a free man?
Claiming the government killed someone who literally is of no threat or use to them is not a reach but someones blatant powerful enemy putting a hit on him is? He was a free man the same way orlando was a free man, these idiots wont cooperate with cops cause "snitching" isnt part of their stupid code.

However way you spin it someone out there isn't doing their jobs. It's pretty common knowledge that one of the easiest ways to get away with a crime is to kill a black rapper.
Again when people dont cooperate with cops how do you expect them to do their jobs? The question isnt how easy it is, the question is why these people would want to kill him in the first place.

He had been banging since his teenage years. How come it's when this documentary started that he felt the need to stress that his life was under any form of threat?
You dont really appear on your rivals radar until you're successful. Plus the documentary has been in the works for a while now, these people as powerful as they are if they feel threatened will get rid of such documentaries before they gained any steam not after its almost done and dusted. Not when they know how conspiracy theorists will try to use it against them.

Just stop this nonsense man, theres no conspiracy behind it. He lived by the sword and died by the sword period.
