I started less than two weeks ago (March 16 if I remember correctly), it's too early to tell but it seems to be working with all of the crazy routines I do one hour everyday.

The thighs seems bigger, didn't measure with a tape to be sure though. Only took some rough looking "before" photos (saved on cloud to prove a point later if it works )

I don't want "that" kind of big booty sha just want to appear curvier in skirts.


Want to start? There are great videos on YouTube, Just try not to get carried away with the different routines from different YouTubers.

I'm hoping I stick to it for good this time.


On my routines; it's part of the first few things I do in the morning but on the days I sleep late or go to the farmers market early, I wait till evening or late afternoon. But I try to do it without fail.

The exercise routines are different, I focus on those targeting the hip joint (not sure it's the correct word) like the hip thrusts while lying down (this one will fetch you stares if you do it in a gym ), then I do good 'ol squats. I recently downloaded some yoga hip stretching videos too as they were part of my initial routine from two years ago.

I also do lunges and lying leg raises.

There are so many of them and it's hard remembering but I make sure I do squats as I've seen it work real good for YouTubers I follow.


I'll look up Preciousmummy this night, I could use some Nigerian inspiration.

I also heard squats work like magic and some people swear by it.I've added some variations to mine though.I also found lunges easier than squats.
Hip stretching?I'd definitely check that out.The mummy is just one 'm' though.
Do you use any equipments for yours?
