For you to come here and say this I'm sure it's something that's bothering you. I'll try being objective. 'Technically' it wasn't cheating because you guys weren't together anymore. But you should realize this is a very convenient excuse women (and men) use when they want to justify some otherwise wrong behaviour. She's simply rationalizing afterall 'you guys had broken up'. She fessed up to you becuase of whatever emotion you awoke in her at that moment.
But if it's not a dealbreaker for you, and you won't use it to hurt her, just go on with the babe. Just remember past actions might predicate future behaviour.
