It's a pity though but those clearly are HIV symptoms. It's not a death sentence dear and it doesn't stop you from achieving your dreams. Just start the ARV treatment asap before it metamorpho into the big bro AIDS, that is where the issue lies, takes time though. And this should really teach everyone a lesson, Abstinence!!!

Those things are possible symptoms, not of HIV per se, but of seroconversion which is stage in the HIV transmission process. The thing is that they have to occur at the same time... Seroconversion happens like 3 days to one week after contracting the disease but in your case some of the symptoms are presenting upto months after your last contact with her, plus they are occurring separately whereas they should occur simultaneously. Note that seroconversion happens just once.

I really doubt that what you are experiencing are symptoms of HIV. Please go and do the test asap.
