Pls is may not too late to apply for winter section through uni assist (bsc) I have all the docs already except TOEFL which am retaking by early may,my first TOEFL attempt was not impressive I had 66..

This is the 8th week after my interview and am yet to receive any response from the embassy. I hav mailed the allien office and they told me decisions concerning my visa have been sent to the embassy, that I should contact them and which I hav called the embassy via phone call. The requested for visa reference number and which I gave to them.
So I want to know my chances of getting this visa.
Heading to clausthal university of Technology(barchelors) with a preparatory language course before the start of the degree program.

Scanned certified copies if I remember clearly. They don't require hard copies.

I and @dailydollar certified today 3 sets of documents for 375 naira only . If you in Port Harcourt, federal High court Town is the bomb , after the state high court.

Yes you can do it anywhere in Nigeria. I was born in Ogun state, and did my NPC attestation Certificate in Surulere, Lagos

Please for registration centre and place of issue did it read : Surulere or it read your place of birth "Ogun"?
