OP just go on and declare him you don't have to wait for anyone.

E dey pain them

akinegba1:
APC said that ATIKU is not a Nigerian, now INEC has come with its own narrative that ATIKU's lawyer doesn't have license to practice in Nigeria.

It is now very obvious that INEC and APC rigged the election, and now they have no single defence over Atiku's petition against them.

They should just declare Atiku who was the rightful winner of the election as the president.

Inec has already released it statements stated that Atiku's server claimed is totally fake, different from their manual collated results and APC knew Atiku's claimed lack merits since their evidence based on inec server.
APC already prepare for the next level

This election must be cancelled. It's obvious the results were not genuine. What sort of daft excuses are these. These abo.ki people don't even know how lie perfectly. Always doing rubbish. Instead of going to court to defend themselves, they are busy yapping trash. Who cares whether his lawyer can practice in Nigeria or not. What kinda bold fool.shness is this

What is it about Atiku that is making FG, INEC, and APC sleepless and restless? I thought the election was won freely and fairly? undecided

Meanwhile, if you think the word FEAR is over flogged, just take a look at Hodgson's formation against City on his own turf. grin

Atiku/PDP filed about 6 petitions instead of APC to respond fully to those petitions, they filed counter-claims now INEC is filing another counter-claim.

APC asked the Tribunal to strike out Atiku's petition because he is not a Nigerian while INEC is asking Tribunal to strike out the petitions because Atiku's lawyer, a SAN is not licensed.

They both don't have anything to say. The victory will be sweet.

Which server, the one that Kassim Afegbua has admitted doesn’t exist but that a “whistle blower” gave them the concocted results?
When you consider the fact that a man like Professor Maurice Iwu was arrested while counting was ongoing, then you should not take this whistleblowing drama likely.

Plus INEC legitimately stated in statements before this time, that the figures allegedly touted by Atiku's whistel blower, point to number of accredited votes and not actual votes cast.

Just sitdon, look and watch the drama as a spectator, just as we all are in this Action film.

stop making a fool of yourself with your utterances. Which election did Atiku win? The one you conducted? So INEC should declare him winner because you want him as President?

So if a non licensed lawyer writes petition against our election conducted by INEC then we should allow it.

So INEC and Nigeria has now become so disrespected to the point that any nonentity can just drag them to court in the name of election petition.

Even our courts and tribunals are now market square gathering where any Tom, dick or Harry can challenge anyone.

Why use a qualified lawyer at all? Why not just go and get an Agbero from Ghana to sign the petition? Sebi it is for INEC to respond even if na mad man or a convicted criminal write the petition.

Same way a man born in Cameroon have the “right” to become Nigerian president.

Nairaland is the Social Media space with the highest number of illiterates in this country. Just imagine what people are writing on the front page.

Against the Nigeria constitution of course to transmit election results electronically, there server is just to take record of voters data not election results.
For your information, RACTECH managers (e-collation) transmitted results online to inec database even with snapped results sheets. As Manual collation officers were entering their data into manual results, the e-collation officers were doing theirs
