I actually got it from Costco pre-cut. I just mixed it myself.

it has kale, dried candied cranberries, Brussels sprouts, pumpkin seeds, cabbage and sweet dressing with poppy seeds.

It’s not the typical “healthy” type of salad. But the taste makes the calories worth it
