30s though early is a riskfactor to backache(upper). If your doctor's assumption is right, the pain felt at your arms could be term referred. This may be coming from refluxes of stomach content reaching the outer layer of the heart or even the proof dividing the lung region from the abdomen. Do you belch alot? Do you experience a slight or increase bitterness of the mouth when you get up from sleep in the morning?
These are mine differentials :
1. Peptic Ulcer disease.
2. GERD
3.Gall bladder related conditions
4. Duodenal ulcer.

i would advise you do an abdominal/Chest ultrasound of the abdominal content. Since you are pressed on trying a test to know if this is coming from peptic ulcer disease, you may a home Urea breath test or in the lab.
Continue on the treatment plan on the peptic ulcer disease. I rather would wished you use Amoxicillin + Omeprazole + Clarithromycin( follow prescription). This treatment should last 2-3weeks. NSAIDs though allowed should be use courteously.

You may do the following to improve symptoms :

1. No more late night meals
2. Less intake of tomatoes sauce food.
3. Reduce use of NSAIDs
4. Stay some hours before going to bed after every meal.
5. Continue to massage area of complaint
6. Sleep on your side and not on your tommy
7. Avoid standing or sitting down for long hours.

You really need to make an appointment with your doctor on how to manage this early Stable Angina pectoris problem. It is likely that your heart is not having proper blood supply. This is the reason may be you are having a chest pain and some of the pain referred to your left arm and neck region.
Except other symptoms such as weakness of the leg and throat dryness and insomnia are mere side-effects of the medications you are in, there are tendency that the cause leading to the Stable Angina pectoris may be responsible for it. This is likely a resultant of either poorly managing your high blood pressure or riskfactors linking to it.
Here, I will advice you:
1. Seek a physical doctor helps on how to manage your high blood pressure.
2. Have a complete screening of your blood lipids and cholesterol.
3. Have a complete screening of your blood sugar.
4. Have an ECG of your heart electric function (may/mayn't be necessary)
5. Blood work on your platelets count.

N/B: I could not see your medications from the pics posted. You may call your doctor to what he gave you, or find the prescription paper given you.

It is something drugs and lifestyle alterations can control.
For lifestyle alteration, you may simply:
1. Reduce gross intake of garri, changing it with wheat powder can be okay.
2. No excess consumption of bread. A twice slice during tea-hour is okay.
3. You may likely drop rate of poultry food consumption to a minimum.
4. No alcohol or just little.
5. Avoid exertion, though little walk can be helpful.
6. Eat fish more than meat, chicken little.
7. Enjoy vegetable consumption.

Drugs: See your doctor for that. He may choose to give anhypertensives with a spectrum over angina pectoris.

I prefer you WhatsApp. I will reply as soon as I have little space to rest or better still, evening period.
For PMs, I hardly reply. Apology.

Hi doc, I had miscarriage, the pregnancy was 11 weeks plus but scan said the GA was 7weeks with no fetal pole, was actually told to come for a repeat scan 2weeks time but immediately I got back home I started having painful contractions followed by bleeding,, when I reported back at the hospital, the doc said the pregnancy is still small that everything will come out hence no need for evacuation. My question now is that (though I'm still bleeding with some tissue like substance in it) will all the products come out as said by the doc? Or is there any over the counter drug I can take to flush all out. NB... The consultant said the reason for the miscarriage is chromosomal abnormalities after checking my case not and after a VE.

This question is not necessary. What is necessary is to know the cause responsible for the inflammatory condition of the small intestines and then make or take treatment bearing in mind on how to stop or manage the causative factors and then alleviate symptoms. It is not in my scope here to discuss treatment modules of inflammatory condition of the small intestine, it is too large a thing to discuss.

Kindly rephrase your question.

As at when it may be due for him to examine you, there may be certain amount of conceptus remains. But certainly with time it will definitely fizzle out. As to ensure left overs aren't too much to cause other health problems, the consultant may require an ultrasonography or any managemental procedures to get you assured that there is minimal leftovers or none at all.
If you choose to help the process, you may want to discuss with your doctor the need of any uterine muscle stimulant to help with contraction of which Misoprostol may be handful.

Or, a careful use of Castor oil(medicinal) can induce uterine contraction. This you can get from a reliable drug dispenser. You must then be reminded that on using this oil, you may be face with the ease to use the toilet more often than necessary as a direct therapeutics.

How do you feel this inflammation( as pain, swollen abdomen, color changes around the abdomen or anywhere or...)?
Apart from an ultrasound done to confirm this inflammation, what other lab modality were done to affirm this?
Did the doctor carry a physical examination on the abdomen?
Also, did the doctor mention if the inflammation was local to a part of the intestine or general?
Apart from just pain, you may discus other symptoms you are having now.

Finally, what do you mean by the term, "oak"?

Since you have termed it a benign mass, I will admonish you furtherly to confirm this claim of yours by visiting a lab own by pathologist and have him examined and then harvest some of those tissue for histology.
Be encouraged that it is something you can deal with. Go now when it is early.

Sorry I meant the pain and swelling have reduced no he did not carry out another test he actually just treated it like it’s nothing serious and prescribe diuflucan and some other drugs am not certain though .. no no discoloration whatsoever but if I put my hands on my stomach I can feel the inflammation like I said it’s not as severe as it was but am not satisfied.. I have searched the n t for natural ways to get rid of enteritis have not seen anything that helps that why o tabled it before you . PS: I did not take the prescribed drug
