The personnel are not entirely the problem. The work rate demanded of them is very poor, and if nothing is done to correct that, even the new players that comes in will become like those they met.

For those of you celebrating since last week when Ole said the United team is going to be rebuilt, I'm sorry to bust your bubble, Ole has said he's not signing many players. He said there's no way he'd sign up to 6 players, he wants to give the young players a chance. So I guess he's going to sign 2 or 3 players.. So most of these guys y'all are cursing will still be starting next season.
I think he's wrong though, this our squad needs a massive overhaul.
